Yoga therapy centres · Buyer persona

Write down who decides: the patient, the doctor, the family or the employer.

A buyer persona for a yoga therapy centre describes who actually decides to book and who influences the decision. The person with the complaint, the referring doctor, the adult child and the HR head each look for different things. GullySales builds one persona per priority course from your own enquiry records.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

For yoga therapy centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The referring doctor is a persona of their own”

A physiotherapist or orthopaedic doctor wants to know the therapist's training, which complaints the centre handles and how the centre will report back. A friendly brochure answers none of that.

  • “The desk worker with a recurring complaint decides on convenience”

A software employee with a neck or back problem has little time. Slots outside office hours, a clear number of visits and an honest explanation matter more to them than a studio's atmosphere.

  • “The adult child decides for a parent”

A son or daughter looks for gentle, supervised practice for an older parent and reads reviews on the parent's behalf. They ask about safety, who stays in the room and whether sessions can happen at home or online.

  • “The HR head buys for a group”

A wellness or HR manager asks what an employee does in each session, how many people fit and what the programme costs. They need a written proposal they can show a finance colleague.

What we do

What we deliver for yoga therapy centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A persona card per priority course

One card for each course, built from enquiry records, intake notes and reasons patients gave for stopping.

Result: Each course has a card with every line checked against your own records.

  2. Referring doctor card

A profile of what a doctor needs to see before writing a referral, and what they expect back.

Result: The referral kit answers the doctor's questions in the order they ask them.

  3. Family decision-maker card

A profile of the adult child, including what they check before calling and who they consult.

Result: Content answers the family's questions as well as the patient's.

  4. Corporate buyer card

A profile of the HR head covering group size, session content and how a pilot is approved.

Result: A proposal can be written from the card without a discovery meeting.

  5. A drop-out review

A short review of who stopped after the assessment and the reasons they gave.

Result: The cards change when the drop-out reasons show a pattern.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

How many personas do we need?
One per priority course is enough to begin. Add a referring doctor card and a family card if they send you patients. We revise each card when your records show a different pattern.
Where does the information come from?
From your enquiry book, intake forms and conversations with patients and doctors. We do not invent traits. Any line not backed by your records is marked as a question to check.
Does a persona affect how we write about conditions?
Yes. The patient wants to hear about the assessment, the doctor wants training and reporting, and the family wants safety. The same condition page gets different supporting lines for each reader, within advertising rules.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
