Yoga therapy centres · Website

Build a website that shows the therapist, the assessment and the plan on the first screen.

A website for a yoga therapy centre has to prove, within a page or two, that the centre assesses people and plans for a complaint. GullySales works on the page structure, the therapist profiles, the assessment explainer and the booking route.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For yoga therapy centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first screen decides whether this is therapy or a class”

A visitor with a complaint scans for a therapist, an assessment and a condition. A homepage of calm photographs and a fee table reads as a studio. The first screen should name the assessment and show who conducts it.

  • “Therapist credentials are the content that matters most”

A visitor wants the name, the qualification, the awarding body and the years of practice. A page that hides the therapists behind a team photograph leaves the visitor guessing about who will see them.

  • “A phone visitor needs the booking route in reach”

Visits come from a phone, after a search or a message. A sticky button for the assessment, and an easy way to message the centre, serve a hesitant visitor better than a long contact form.

  • “Words about outcomes can break the rules”

Pages that promise relief or cure may conflict with advertising rules for health services, which differ by state and profession. Describe the assessment and the plan, and have your own council or adviser read the text.

What we do

What we deliver for yoga therapy centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page structure

A map of the home, therapists, complaint pages, assessment, online sessions, doctors and contact pages.

Result: Every page has a stated job and a link to the assessment.

  2. Therapist profile template

A reusable layout for name, training, awarding body, experience and complaints handled.

Result: Each therapist page shows credentials in the same order.

  3. Assessment explainer page

What happens in the first visit, what to bring, who stays and what comes after.

Result: A visitor reads the first-visit steps without calling.

  4. A page for referring doctors

A short page and downloadable sheet describing what the centre assesses and how to refer.

Result: A doctor can see which complaints the centre handles and how to send a patient.

  5. A booking and enquiry route

A form and message button for the assessment, with online session options and payment steps.

Result: A visitor can request an assessment from any page in one step.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new website or can we fix the old one?
The existing site may be restructured around the assessment and the therapists. We review it first and tell you what needs replacing, without assuming a rebuild.
Can the site take payments?
It can link to a payment route for assessments and plans. We connect the tool you already use rather than adding another, and the choice stays with you.
What should the site not say?
It should not promise cures, relief or timelines, and it should not show identifiable patients with their complaints. Rules vary by state and profession, so have your own council or adviser read it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
