For yoga and pilates studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Class type and locality outrank the studio name”

Few new students search a studio's name directly; most search the class type and area.

  • “The Business Profile carries local search weight”

A current profile with class photos and accurate hours often decides which studio a search surfaces first.

  • “Reviews naming a class type help ranking”

A review mentioning prenatal yoga specifically helps the page rank and reassures a similar searcher.

What we do

What we deliver for yoga and pilates studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Class-type and locality landing pages

A page for each major class type paired with the localities the studio actually serves.

Result: The studio ranks for the exact class and area a student is searching for.

  2. Google Business Profile build-out

A fully completed profile with class photos, accurate hours and service details.

Result: The profile itself often decides which studio a search surfaces first.

  3. Class-specific review request routine

A simple prompt asking a student to mention their specific class in a review.

Result: A review naming prenatal yoga helps ranking and reassures a similar searcher.

  4. Technical SEO fixes

A review and fix of site speed, mobile display and indexing issues blocking the site from ranking.

Result: Pages already written get a fair chance of being found.

  5. Ranking and enquiry report

A report on which class-type pages are ranking and how many trial bookings they bring in.

Result: You can see which page is doing the work of bringing in students.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these yoga and pilates studios.

  • Power yoga and fitness-focused studios
  • Reformer and mat pilates studios
  • Prenatal and postnatal yoga specialists
  • Corporate wellness and workplace yoga providers
  • Yoga teacher training institutes

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • The studio teaches in rented halls whose timings change each term, so pages would show batches that have moved.
  • The batches are full by word of mouth and the studio does not want more students.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At an interval agreed in writing we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long does this take?
New class type pages typically take a few months to rank, faster with some existing site authority.
Is SEO worth it for a single-location studio?
Yes, since nearly all searches here are local, making it a strong, low-cost channel.
Can we write that yoga helps with back pain or other conditions?
Be careful. Describe what the class involves and who teaches it, and say that anyone with a medical condition should ask their doctor first. Claims that a class treats an illness are a risk, and they mislead the reader.
Should the class timetable be an image or text?
Text. A timetable as an image cannot be read by search or by someone using a screen reader, and it is hard to read on a phone. Keep it as a table, give each teacher a page, and update the table when the schedule changes.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
