What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For yoga and pilates studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Class descriptions are written for beginners first”

Plain explanations of what to expect and who a class suits help a nervous first-timer decide with confidence.

  • “Trial booking works without a phone call”

A visitor deciding at night can book and receive confirmation immediately, rather than waiting for studio hours.

  • “Membership options are explained clearly upfront”

Stating pricing and commitment terms plainly avoids the hesitation an unclear pricing page creates.

What we do

What we deliver for yoga and pilates studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Beginner-first class description pages

Pages explaining each class type and who it suits, replacing a bare schedule with real guidance.

Result: A nervous first-timer decides which class to try with confidence.

  2. Instant trial booking system

An online booking flow that confirms a trial class immediately, at any hour of the day or night.

Result: A visitor deciding at night still leaves with a confirmed booking.

  3. Clear membership pricing page

A page stating membership options and commitment terms plainly, with nothing left implied.

Result: A visitor is not put off by unclear pricing.

  4. Real studio and instructor photography

Real photographs of the space, a class in session and the instructors, used throughout the site instead of stock imagery.

Result: A visitor sees the actual studio before ever walking in.

  5. Self-service content updates

A simple way for staff to update schedules and instructor profiles without needing a developer.

Result: Next month's schedule goes up without an email to a developer.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a yoga or pilates studio's website must show before a first-timer books a trial.

Each class by level and pace
Describe each class in a few lines: level, pace, props used and who it suits. A beginner cannot tell Hatha from power yoga without help.
Teacher training and who they teach best
Give each teacher's training, years teaching and the groups they work with, such as beginners or prenatal. Make no therapy claims.
A timetable a phone can read
Show time, class, teacher, level and language in a simple table that works on a small screen. A PDF timetable is not readable on a phone.
What to bring and how to arrive
Say whether mats are provided, what to wear, when to eat before class and when to arrive. It removes the first-timer's embarrassment.
What the trial includes
State the trial price, how to pay, whether it counts towards a membership, and what happens at the end of it.
A health form before the trial
Ask about injury, pregnancy and recent surgery, and say students should check with their doctor where needed. Send the form before the first class.

Who it is for

This is written for these yoga and pilates studios.

  • Hatha and traditional yoga studios
  • Power yoga and fitness-focused studios
  • Reformer and mat pilates studios
  • Prenatal and postnatal yoga specialists
  • Corporate wellness and workplace yoga providers
  • Yoga teacher training institutes
  • Hybrid online and in-studio yoga platforms
  • Multi-branch yoga and pilates chains

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • The timetable and passes are not settled, so a site would be edited the first time anything changes.
  • You want an app for booking when students are happy to book by message.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need online payment for memberships?
Useful for straightforward renewals; many studios still prefer a personal conversation for the first sale.
Who updates the site after launch?
We hand over a simple way to update schedules and instructor profiles ourselves.
Should we put class videos on the website?
A short video of the studio and one sample class helps a first-timer, but keep it simple and filmed in your own space. Do not put full classes on an open page if members pay for them. Check consent for anyone visible, and add captions for viewers without sound.
Do we need an app, or is the website enough for booking?
For a single studio the website with a booking page and a WhatsApp button is usually enough. An app suits a chain with many members. Pick a booking tool that works well on a phone browser, and keep the studio's own site as the page people find.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
