Open role · Trainee
Graphic Design Trainee
You will make the things clients see: social creatives, ads, brochures, pitch decks and landing page visuals. You will be given a brand to work within and a senior designer to learn from, and you will ship real work in your first fortnight.
What you will do
- Design to brief: social posts, ad creatives and print pieces across several client brands
- Stay on brand by using each client's palette, type and tone rather than your own
- Take feedback and turn it round quickly
- Keep files tidy: organised, versioned and handed over cleanly
- Sit in on a client kickoff now and then, so you see why a brief looks the way it does
What we are looking for
- A portfolio, where coursework and personal projects count
- Working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator or Photoshop
- An eye for spacing and type, and the patience to fix it
- Comfortable being told a design is not working, and trying again the same day

We read every application
Someone who does the work reads it, not a filter.
- 3
A short call if it fits
We call to talk about the role and the work you described.
- 4
A conversation about real work
For most roles, a small practical exercise or a walk through work you have done.
- 5
We tell you the outcome
If we do not take it further, we say so, rather than leaving you waiting.

Other roles
Also open.
- Business Development InternYou will spend your mornings finding businesses that might need us and your afternoons helping move existing conversations forward. A senior colleague reviews your calls, proposals and lead lists each week, so you leave with a real sense of how business-to-business selling works.
- Business Development TraineeYou will spend most of each day finding businesses that might need us and calling them cold. A senior salesperson checks your lead lists and call notes every week, and the real test is whether a stranger agrees to a second conversation.
- Content Writing InternYou will write real published work from your first week, including blog posts, service pages and social copy, with an editor going through your drafts line by line. By month three you should need far fewer of those line edits.
