Sales Development Intern
You will make the first contact with businesses that have never heard of us, and find out fast whether they are worth a real conversation. You research, call, and hand every warm lead straight to the business development team; you do not run the follow-up.
What you will do
- Research prospects and build a short list, with the right person named
- Open the conversation by call, email or LinkedIn, with a message worth replying to
- Ask enough questions to know if it is worth a meeting, then stop there
- Log the call and hand it to business development the same day
What we are looking for
- Comfortable picking up the phone to a stranger
- Clear spoken English and Kannada or Hindi
- Available for a six-month internship
- Fine with handing off a promising lead rather than seeing it through yourself

A conversation about real work
For most roles, a small practical exercise or a walk through work you have done.

We tell you the outcome
If we do not take it further, we say so, rather than leaving you waiting.

Other roles
Also open.
- Business Development InternYou will spend your mornings finding businesses that might need us and your afternoons helping move existing conversations forward. A senior colleague reviews your calls, proposals and lead lists each week, so you leave with a real sense of how business-to-business selling works.
- Business Development TraineeYou will spend most of each day finding businesses that might need us and calling them cold. A senior salesperson checks your lead lists and call notes every week, and the real test is whether a stranger agrees to a second conversation.
- Content Writing InternYou will write real published work from your first week, including blog posts, service pages and social copy, with an editor going through your drafts line by line. By month three you should need far fewer of those line edits.
