CRM, lead flow and sales techniques · Sales reporting and dashboards
Give each reader one report, on the day they read it.
A reporting audience and cadence map lists everyone who needs sales numbers, what each asks, how often they need it and who sends it. It covers the interview that finds out, and it ends in a cadence table that replaces one report forwarded to everybody.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph
A reporting audience and cadence map lists everyone who needs sales numbers, what each asks, how often they need it and who sends it. It covers the interview that finds out, and it ends in a cadence table that replaces one report forwarded to everybody.
The owner of an auto-parts distributor in Mysuru reads WhatsApp at seven in the morning and nothing else before ten. The sales head sends a long Excel sheet at four in the afternoon. The bank wants a stock and sales statement on its own schedule, the CA wants a month-end list, and the dealer network has never seen any figure at all.
The map is a table. Each row is a reader: the owner, the sales head, the reps, the marketing person, the family directors, key dealers, the bank, the CA. For each, you write the question they hold, the two or three numbers that answer it, how often, the channel, the time of day, and the person who sends it.
You fill it in after ten minutes with each reader, and the owner signs it. It replaces the single report sent to everybody, which suits nobody. The report pack supplies what goes in the rows; the dashboard page covers the screen version.

The work
What this is actually like.
“Ask what they are answerable for”
A rep is answerable for visits and quotations this week. The owner is answerable to the bank and the family for cash and orders this quarter. One question, what do you get asked about, sorts out the numbers faster than asking what they would like to see.
“The calendar is theirs, not yours”
A cadence matched to the sales review is read. One matched to your convenience is not. Reps need a number before Monday's meeting, directors before the monthly review, and a partner before the festival season orders are placed.
“Outsiders have their own format”
The bank and the CA specify what they need. Ask them for the format in writing, build it once, and keep it apart from the internal report so nobody edits a lender's statement to suit a sales meeting.
“Hours are a number you already own”
Note how many hours a month go into preparing reports before the map and after it. If the figure has not dropped, you have only reshuffled who is annoyed.
What we do
What you end up with.
The documents this topic produces, what each one is for, and how you know it is finished.
Audience list
Every person or body that receives a sales number today, plus those who should and do not.
Result: Finished when no reader of any report is missing from the list.
Reader notes
A ten-minute chat with each reader, covering what that person is accountable for, the figures asked of the team, and the time of day messages get read. One short paragraph per reader in their own words.
Result: Finished when you can predict, for each reader, the first number they will look at.
Cadence table
One row per reader: metrics, how often, channel such as WhatsApp PDF, printed sheet or the shared dashboard, time of day, sender, backup sender.
Result: Finished when every report in the business appears in exactly one row, and every row has a named sender.
Send schedule
Reminders or automatic sends set to the cadence table, with the first month's dates filled in.
Result: Finished when the first month's sends arrive without anyone being reminded.
Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
