Seven reports, each carrying one line that says what to do next.

A core sales report pack is the short standard set of reports that tells an owner where orders come from, how big they are and where the pipeline leaks. It covers seven reports, a monthly lead-funnel report among them, and ends with an insight and an action written under each.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph

A core sales report pack is the short standard set of reports that tells an owner where orders come from, how big they are and where the pipeline leaks. It covers seven reports, a monthly lead-funnel report among them, and ends with an insight and an action written under each.

A pump dealer in Coimbatore believes IndiaMART brings the orders. The CRM holds enquiries from IndiaMART, phone calls, walk-ins and a dealer's referrals, and nobody has ever lined orders up against source. The first report in the pack settles the argument with the dealer's own invoices instead of belief.

The pack is seven reports built from six to twelve months of your own data, using a CRM report or an Excel pivot. The sales head chooses them, the administrator builds them, and the owner reads them with one line of insight and one agreed action under each.

This is the reading material; the report template says how each page is laid out, and the audience map says who gets which page. The pack replaces the habit of asking for whatever number is on someone's mind that week.

Where this sits

Topic 9 of 13 in crm, lead flow and sales techniques: sales reporting and dashboards. Reports and dashboards that lead to action.

The topic before
CRM setup and data
The topic after
Frictionless selling

If you want this done for you

The weekly review argues about numbers because everyone is counting something different.

The work

What this is actually like.

  • “Orders by source, not enquiries by source”

Enquiries are cheap to count and easy to flatter. The first report lines up won revenue against where the enquiry came from, so a source that sends a pile of calls and few orders shows up as exactly that. Phone and WhatsApp must be sources in their own right, since they never touch a website.

  • “Average order size hides two businesses”

Split the average by customer type, city or order size band before you quote it. A dealer who sells one big order for every ten small ones has an average that describes neither.

  • “The hand-off report belongs to sales”

Count the complaints or service calls from customers in their first month. A rising figure means the promise at the quotation did not match what the delivery team understood, and that is a sales fault, not a service one.

  • “Quiet warm leads are the cheapest list”

List the leads that replied twice this quarter and then went silent. That list costs nothing to make and is the first one a rep should phone.

What we do

What you end up with.

The documents this topic produces, what each one is for, and how you know it is finished.

  1. Revenue by source

Won revenue and order count by lead source for the last twelve months, with phone, WhatsApp, walk-in and referral as separate rows.

Result: Finished when the owner can say which source brings orders and not just calls.

  2. Order size and repeat orders

Average order value split by customer type and city, and orders per customer.

Result: Finished when you can name your typical small and large order from the report, not from memory.

  3. Reply time and warm-lead report

Time from enquiry to first reply by rep, and the list of leads that replied and went quiet.

Result: Finished when every quiet lead has a name against it and a call date.

  4. Hand-off and campaign reports

Complaints from new customers in their first month, and revenue by campaign or message.

Result: Finished when each report has a one-line insight and an action with an owner.

  5. Lead-funnel report

Counts at each stage this month, last month beside it, stage-to-stage conversion, and the weakest step circled with one action.

Result: Finished when the weakest step changes the next month's plan.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need all seven from the first month?
No. Start with revenue by source and the funnel report, because they change decisions soonest. Add one report at a time as the data behind it passes the readiness check.
Where do the reports come from if we use Excel only?
A pivot table over one clean sheet gives the first four. The limit is how clean that sheet is, which is why the readiness check comes first.
What if our orders come in on the phone and are never logged?
Then they are missing from every report in this pack. Log them the same day with a source of phone, even in a plain sheet, or accept that the numbers undercount.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts. For sales work it is mostly our time, with production only where scripts, decks or CRM setup need it.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time and follow-up are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Process, CRM and training changes show as the team uses them. Each one is tracked against the baseline.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
To start, last month's enquiries in any format and time with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
