Auto parts manufacturers · Branding

Look like a certified supplier, not just another catalogue listing.

Branding for an auto parts manufacturer is the name, box, catalogue and certification marks a buyer checks before trusting a new supplier. GullySales makes them match on the website, the trade fair stall and every IndiaMART listing. A buyer who meets you twice then knows it is you.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For auto parts manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Certification marks are part of the identity”

An ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 mark on the box and the catalogue cover answers a first-time buyer's question before the sales call does.

  • “Packaging carries the brand onto the dealer's shelf”

Counterfeit brake pads and filters in look-alike boxes are common in the aftermarket. A distinct, consistent box with a batch number helps a mechanic pick the genuine part and reorder it.

  • “The identity needs to match online and at a trade fair”

A buyer researching online should recognise the same look at the Auto Expo stall a month later.

What we do

What we deliver for auto parts manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Certification marks placed on packaging and catalogue

ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 marks positioned consistently on the box, the catalogue cover and the website, checked against your actual certificates.

Result: A first-time buyer sees your credentials before reading a single line of copy.

  2. Packaging design for shelf and dealer recognition

A consistent box design and labelling system so a dealer's counter staff and a workshop mechanic recognise your part on sight.

Result: A returning customer picks your box off a crowded shelf without asking.

  3. Trade fair stall matched to the catalogue

The same colours, part imagery and certification wording carried from the Auto Expo stall through the printed catalogue to the website.

Result: A buyer researching online recognises the same supplier at the stall.

  4. Listing check against local competitors

A review of how your name and line read against other manufacturers in your part category on IndiaMART and TradeIndia.

Result: A buyer scanning a search results page can tell your listing apart.

  5. Identity reference for agents and distributors

A short reference sheet so sales agents and distributors quote your name, part range and certification the same way every time.

Result: A distributor represents your brand the same way you would yourself.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these auto parts manufacturers.

  • Component manufacturers supplying OEMs

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At the end of the term

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

  4. 4

All case studies
  • SB Engineering

    Situation
Buyers searching for laser cutting and sheet metal work in Bengaluru were finding other suppliers first, because the company did not rank for the terms its own customers type.
    What we did
    • The site redesigned for mobile
    • Search work on the buyer's terms
    • Content that shows the work
    • Social channels managed
    Result
    • Website traffic rose 60% within six months, against a target of 50%.

  • HOPO Hardware

    Situation
There was no website or online platform of any kind, so nothing showed the products, their features or their technical specifications. A dealer who wanted a specification had to ask for it every time.
    What we did
    • Website and product catalogue
    • Logo and colour palette
    • Printed stationery
    • Social accounts opened

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a full rebrand?
Usually not. Most parts makers have a usable name and logo, but three different box designs, an old catalogue and IndiaMART photos that match neither. Fixing that costs far less than a new identity and dealers notice it sooner.
Does branding matter for OEM buyers?
Less than it does in the aftermarket. An OEM purchase team decides on the supplier audit, PPAP samples and price. A clean catalogue and website still help you get invited to quote in the first place.
Can packaging help against fake parts of our brand?
It helps dealers and mechanics tell the difference. A consistent box, a printed batch number and a hologram or QR label make a copy easier to spot. It will not stop counterfeiting, which is a legal matter, but it makes the genuine box the one people ask for.
How soon would we see more enquiries?
Fixing quote turnaround and catalogue structure shows within weeks. Ranking for part number searches and building export enquiries takes months.
Do we need to advertise, or is a marketplace listing enough?
A listing brings enquiries, but a proper catalogue site and a fast reply routine are needed to convert and keep the account.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
