Authorised car service centres · Local SEO

Show up on the map when an owner nearby needs a service slot today.

Local SEO for a service centre decides whether the workshop appears when an owner nearby searches for a service, a repair or an authorised centre for their brand. GullySales works on your Google Business Profile, listings and the pages that tie your address to what you do.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For authorised car service centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The owner searches from the car park”

A driver whose warning light is on opens the phone and looks at the map. The centre with the right hours, a reachable number and a clear brand name on its profile is the one called. A profile with old hours loses the call.

  • “Several outlets of one dealer need separate profiles”

A dealer group with a showroom, a workshop and a bodyshop in different places has to keep each profile honest. A profile that lists the showroom address for a workshop job sends owners to the wrong gate.

  • “Reviews are read for the experience, not just the repair”

Owners scan for delays, surprise charges and how the advisor explained the estimate. A reply that deals with the specific complaint reads better than a copied apology.

  • “Pick-up and drop areas draw the real boundary”

Owners ask whether the centre collects from their locality. Naming the areas you actually serve helps them decide, and avoids an enquiry you cannot take.

What we do

What we deliver for authorised car service centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business Profile set-up and upkeep

Correct name, address, hours, services, and photos of the workshop, bay and lounge, with brand naming as the manufacturer prefers.

Result: The profile matches the board outside the workshop.

  2. Separate profiles for showroom, workshop and bodyshop

Each outlet gets its own listing with the right phone number and the services that outlet handles.

Result: An owner reaches the right desk from the map.

  3. Listing consistency

The same name, address and number across directories and the manufacturer's dealer locator.

Result: One spelling of the address appears everywhere.

  4. Review reply routine

Reply wording for praise and for complaints, with a rule for escalating a complaint to the service manager.

Result: Each review has an answer that names the issue.

  5. Area pages

Short pages for localities you serve with pick-up and drop, written from real routes.

Result: The page names the localities and how to book collection.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we ask happy customers for reviews?
Yes, by asking every customer in the same way after the job, through a link on the invoice or a message. Do not offer a reward in return. Check the platform's current rules.
Does the dealer locator on the manufacturer's site count?
It helps, because it is another listing that names you. Make sure the address and number there match your profile exactly.
What if a competing dealer sits nearby?
You will share the map. Distinguish yourself with accurate hours, clear service pages and prompt answers to reviews, none of which needs a claim about the other centre.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
