Automotive AC service centres · Digital marketing

Plan one year of marketing around the heat, the cold months and the fleets.

Digital marketing for an AC workshop covers the searches, maps, ads, messages and pages that bring in a driver, with the plan set around the seasons. GullySales joins them into one plan from your job cards, so each activity has a purpose and a way of being checked.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For automotive AC service centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The year has a shape and the plan should match it”

Enquiries climb into summer and thin out later. Spending evenly through the year wastes money in the cold months and runs short in the hot ones. A plan that builds before the season and shifts to filters and fleets afterwards fits the work.

  • “Paid search suits the urgent complaint”

A driver searching for car AC repair near me is ready to book. Ads placed on those searches, with the phone and WhatsApp button, reach that moment. The same ads in the cold months buy attention from people with no problem.

  • “Organic pages and the map profile work between seasons”

Fault pages, model pages and a good profile keep bringing visitors when ads are off. They are slower to build, and they are there on the first hot day.

  • “Each activity needs a counted result”

Calls, WhatsApp messages, estimates sent and jobs approved can all be counted against the source. Without the count, a plan is a hope. With it, you stop what brings nothing and keep what brings cars.

What we do

What we deliver for automotive AC service centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A seasonal marketing calendar

A plan that moves from pre-summer to peak, then to off-season offers and fleet work.

Result: A calendar you can check for what is next.

  2. Search ads for the urgent complaint

Ads written for weak cooling and AC repair searches, with a call and WhatsApp button.

Result: Ads that go to a page written for the complaint.

  3. Pages and profile in order

The fault pages, the Google profile and the booking route set to agree with each other.

Result: One name, one address and one route to book.

  4. A source count on every job

A form field for how the owner found you, entered at the desk.

Result: A table of jobs by source.

  5. A review of the year

A reading of the job cards and sources at the end of the season, with changes proposed for the next.

Result: You decide what to keep, drop or try.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

How much should an AC workshop spend on ads?
That depends on your bay capacity and what a job is worth to you. We would start small in the run-up to summer, count what comes in and let you decide whether to add.
Do we need all of this at once?
No. Start with the map profile and the pages for the faults you fix every season, then add ads and messages. Each step should show something you can count before the next begins.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
