Bike rental companies · Digital marketing

Put your marketing money where the rider's trip is decided, season by season.

Digital marketing for a bike rental company is the planned use of Maps, search, Instagram, WhatsApp and paid ads to fill your bikes in the months that matter. GullySales works on choosing the channels, timing them to the season and recording what each one brings.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For bike rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The calendar sets the budget”

A shop that earns in a few peak months cannot spend evenly. Spending belongs before the season opens and in the offer for locals during the dead months, not in a flat amount every month.

  • “Every channel answers a different rider”

Maps catches the walk-in, search catches the planner, Instagram catches the dreamer and a hostel card catches the backpacker. Treating them as one budget hides which one is working.

  • “Ads on top of a weak shop leak money”

Paying to send riders to a profile with no photographs, or a number that goes unanswered, buys enquiries you lose. The shop front online must be sound before the spend.

  • “Platform apps own the rider”

A commission-based listing brings bookings but not the relationship. Your own channels are slower to build, yet the rider who books direct is one you can message next year.

What we do

What we deliver for bike rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A season-by-season channel plan

A plan showing which channels run before the season, during it and in the quiet months.

    Result: Spend follows the calendar.

  2. A tracking sheet by source

Enquiries and bookings recorded against Maps, search, Instagram, hostel and walk-in.

Result: You can compare channels on bookings, not guesses.

  3. Paid search and social set-up

Ads built around town and model terms, with spend agreed in writing and kept separate from our fee.

Result: You see what is spent and what it brought.

  4. A direct-booking route

A site or WhatsApp flow that lets a rider book without an app.

Result: Riders can book with you directly.

  5. A quiet-month plan

A priced offer and audience for students, workers and locals.

Result: The slow months have a plan.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should a small shop do first?
Fix the Maps profile and the WhatsApp reply. These cost the least and decide the walk-in and the message. Paid ads and content follow once those hold.
How much should we spend on ads?
There is no standard figure. We set a budget with you from your season and your bike count, and review it against recorded bookings.
Do we need to be on every platform?
No. Choose the two or three where your riders actually are, do them properly and add others only when the first ones work.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
