Chauffeur-driven car rentals · Search engine optimisation

Be the page a family finds when searching a cab with driver for their trip.

SEO for a chauffeur-driven car rental company is the work of making your site the answer when someone searches a route, a package or a car type with a driver. GullySales builds pages around those searches and fixes what stops the site being read properly.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For chauffeur-driven car rentals

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “People search the trip, not the company”

The query is Bengaluru to Coorg cab with driver or Innova for Tirupati, never your company name. A site with only a home page and a fleet list answers none of these, so a competitor with a route page takes the click.

  • “Rate pages that hide the rate lose the searcher”

A visitor wants to know what the package includes, how toll and night halt are charged, and whether the driver allowance is extra. Pages that say contact us for rates send the visitor back to compare someone else.

  • “Aggregators and travel portals hold the broad searches”

Generic searches like car rental with driver are crowded by large listing sites. Your better ground is the specific route, the pilgrimage town and the corporate duty, where a focused page can be the clearest answer.

  • “Thin copy repeated across pages is ignored”

Ten route pages with the same paragraph and one city name swapped read as filler. Each page needs its own road conditions, halts, sightseeing stops and the car that suits that trip. Write each route page from the road itself, so no two read alike.

What we do

What we deliver for chauffeur-driven car rentals.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A route and package page plan

A list of the trips worth a page, chosen from what your past bookings and enquiries show.

Result: You know which pages exist, which come next and why.

  2. Pages written from the road

Each route page covers distance as the road runs, halts, ghat sections, parking and which car suits the group.

Result: A page that a driver who has done the trip would recognise as correct.

  3. Clear inclusions and extras on every page

What the rate covers, what toll, parking, night halt and waiting add, and how to confirm.

Result: The visitor sees the full cost logic before messaging.

  4. Technical fixes that help the site load and be read

Page speed on mobile, headings, internal links between route pages, and a sitemap submitted to Google Search Console.

Result: The site passes the checks Search Console reports on.

  5. Fleet and car-type pages

Separate pages for the Innova, the sedan, the tempo traveller and the executive car, each with seating, luggage space and best uses.

Result: Someone searching a car type finds a page that names it.

  6. A search report in plain words

Which queries bring visitors, which pages they land on and which of those turn into messages.

Result: You can read the report without an SEO glossary.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can you promise first place on Google?
No. Rankings depend on the search engine and the competition, and nobody can guarantee a position. GullySales works on pages, speed and clarity so the site deserves to be shown, then checks the evidence in Search Console.
Do we need a page for every town we drive to?
Only for trips you want and can serve well. A page you cannot staff with a proper car and driver brings enquiries you will disappoint. Start with the routes that already bring bookings and add from there.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
