Chauffeur-driven car rentals · Website

Make the site answer the family, the office admin and the hotel desk on one phone screen.

A website for a chauffeur-driven car rental company is the page a buyer checks to see whether you are real, organised and right for the trip. GullySales plans, writes and builds a site around your cars, drivers and routes, with a clear route to a WhatsApp enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For chauffeur-driven car rentals

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is on a phone, in a hurry”

Someone choosing a car for a family trip scrolls on a mobile, on patchy data. A slow site with a heavy slideshow loses them before the first rate appears. Keep images light, keep the rate near the top, and put the call and message buttons within thumb reach.

  • “Rate and inclusions belong on the page”

A visitor who has to message to learn the package covers 80 km and charges for night halt will compare someone else. Showing the rule up front saves both sides a conversation. State the extras as plainly as the base rate.

  • “Corporate buyers look for proof of order”

An admin checks for GST details, a vendor pack, a duty slip sample and a contact who answers at night. A site with only family trip photographs does not tell them you can handle an account.

  • “The drivers belong on the site”

Guests ask for a driver by name. A section with driver profiles, shared with each driver's agreement, shows the people behind the service, which a fleet list cannot. Share each profile only with the driver's agreement, and leave out phone numbers and personal details.

What we do

What we deliver for chauffeur-driven car rentals.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure by buyer and by trip

Pages for outstation trips, local packages, airport transfers, corporate service and weddings, each with its own route to enquire.

Result: Every visitor reaches the page for their need.

  2. Route and rate pages

Inclusions, extras and car options on each page, written plainly.

Result: A visitor can see what a trip costs and covers.

  3. A corporate section

Vendor pack download, duty slip sample, billing process and escalation contact.

Result: An admin can assess you without a call.

  4. Fleet and driver pages

Cars with seating and luggage detail, and driver profiles with consent.

Result: A guest sees who and what will arrive.

  5. Enquiry buttons that work on mobile

A tap-to-call and WhatsApp button on every page, plus a short form asking for date and pickup.

Result: An enquiry arrives with the details needed for a quote.

  6. Speed and clarity checks

Image sizes, mobile layout and headings tested, with fixes applied.

Result: The site loads and reads cleanly on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a booking engine with payment?
Not always. Chauffeur businesses quote and confirm over WhatsApp, because each trip has variables. An online payment link can follow confirmation. GullySales suggests what fits your trips before you spend on a system.
Can we update the site ourselves?
Yes, where the build allows. We set it up so you can change rates, photographs and trip pages without a developer, and show your team how. Larger changes can be agreed with us.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
