Commercial vehicle repair workshops · Digital marketing

Put the listing, the pages and the replies on one plan for the yard.

Digital marketing for a commercial vehicle workshop is the combination of listing, website, search, video and messaging that brings trucks and fleets to the yard. GullySales works on the plan that decides what to build first and how the parts work together.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For commercial vehicle repair workshops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The yard has a fixed number of bays”

A workshop can service a set number of trucks at once. Marketing that fills the yard for a stretch and leaves no room for the contract customers does harm. The plan starts with bay capacity.

  • “Breakdowns, scheduled service and contracts are three funnels”

A breakdown is urgent and local. A scheduled service is planned. A contract is negotiated. One campaign cannot serve all three, so the plan keeps them apart.

  • “Channels work together or not at all”

A strong listing that leads to a weak site, or a site that leads to an unanswered number, loses the buyer. The weakest link sets the result.

  • “Measurement starts at the job card”

Clicks and views do not fill a yard. The count that matters is jobs booked and invoiced by source, which means writing the source on the job card at the start.

What we do

What we deliver for commercial vehicle repair workshops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan built from bay capacity

A statement of what the yard can take, split between breakdown, service and contract work.

Result: Marketing is sized to the yard.

  2. Separate paths for breakdown, service and contract

A route from first search to booked job for each, with its own page, reply and follow-up.

Result: Each buyer type has a clear path.

  3. A first-fix list ranked by effect

The listing, the site and the replies ranked by what loses the most jobs now.

Result: The weakest link is repaired first.

  4. A source field on every job card

A simple field added to the job card for where the customer came from.

Result: Reports show jobs and not just clicks.

  5. A plain read-out of what the numbers show

A written summary of enquiries, jobs and invoiced work by source, with what we would change.

Result: Spending follows what produced work.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should we spend on first?
Start with a complete listing, a number that is answered and a reply routine. They cost little and touch every call. Then build the pages for your best-selling jobs and add paid promotion only when the yard has space.
Do we have to sign up for ongoing work?
That depends on the work. We scope what is needed from your brief and say so plainly. If the first fixes are enough for now, we tell you that and do not invent more.
Can our own team run part of this?
Yes. The listing, the replies and the job card source field belong with your team. We set them up, train the person who will run them and take on the parts that need specialist work.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
