Electric vehicle service centres · Lead generation

Bring in the owner whose electric vehicle has just stopped asking for patience.

Lead generation for an electric vehicle service centre is the work of reaching owners and fleet managers at the moment a warning light, a weak range or a dead battery sends them looking for a workshop. GullySales works on the sources that bring those enquiries, the way each one is recorded and the person who answers it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For electric vehicle service centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The urgent owner and the planning owner are different leads”

One owner is stranded with a scooter that will not charge and wants a name in minutes. Another is a year from a battery decision and is only collecting opinions. The first needs a number to call; the second needs something to read and a reason to come back.

  • “Brand service points create a waiting list that sends owners your way”

When the authorised point has no slot, the owner starts searching the same afternoon. The workshop that appears with a clear statement of the models it handles takes the job; the one that only lists a phone number loses it.

  • “Charger installation is a lead nobody tracks”

A buyer of a new electric car or scooter wants a home charger fitted and asks the dealer, the neighbour or a search box. If the workshop does this work but the enquiry lands on a general phone line, no one owns it and it disappears.

  • “Fleet leads arrive through people, not through search”

A delivery operator or cab company does not type a query. Someone already inside the fleet knows a workshop, and an introduction beats an advertisement. The leads worth chasing here are named businesses, found and approached one at a time.

What we do

What we deliver for electric vehicle service centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A source list for each kind of enquiry

Breakdown calls, battery questions, charger fitting and fleet talks are written down as separate sources, each with the route that feeds it.

Result: You can name where each enquiry type comes from.

  2. One register with the vehicle model on every line

Each lead is logged with the model, the fault described and who took the call, so the workshop knows what it is walking into.

Result: No enquiry sits without an owner or a model.

  3. A call script for the stranded owner

A short set of questions that finds the fault, the location and whether the vehicle can be moved, asked in the same order each time.

Result: The advisor stops guessing on the first call.

  4. A charger-fitting enquiry route

A named person and a simple form or message for home and society charger requests, kept apart from repair calls.

Result: Charger requests are counted and answered.

  5. A fleet target list with names

Delivery, cab and last-mile operators in your city, listed with the vehicle types they run and a route to the right manager.

Result: You have names to approach instead of a general hope.

  6. Cost and conversion set against a baseline

Enquiries, booked jobs and the source of each, set beside the figures recorded before the work began.

Result: You can see which source earns its keep.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which source should an EV workshop test first?
Start with the listing and the website, since an owner with a fault searches before calling. Add the charger and fleet routes once the repair enquiries are logged properly, because those sources need a person ready to respond.
Should we pay for leads from an aggregator?
Test one carefully and log every lead by source. Judge it on booked jobs, not on call counts. Check the platform's current rules and what it charges before you commit any budget.
How do we stop leads for vehicles we cannot service?
Say on every page and profile which models and jobs you handle and which you refer onward. Owners with the wrong vehicle then rule themselves out before they call, and the advisor spends time on fitting jobs.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
