Electric vehicle service centres · Social media

Show the workshop at work so a nervous owner sees who will open the vehicle.

Social media marketing for an electric vehicle service centre is the habit of showing, in public, the people, tools and jobs behind the workshop door. GullySales works on what is worth posting, who answers the comments and how a post leads to a booked job.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For electric vehicle service centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The owner wants to see a person, not a logo”

An EV owner is handing over an expensive machine to a stranger. A short post of a named technician explaining a fault on a real vehicle tells the viewer more than any slogan about quality.

  • “Community groups carry the real conversation”

Owners of a given scooter or car trade advice in groups and forums. A workshop that answers a question honestly, without a hard sell, becomes the name people tag when someone asks for a mechanic.

  • “Posts about a fault answer the unasked question”

Showing a diagnosis, the cause and the repair, with the owner's permission and no number plate on view, tells followers that the workshop knows the model and explains its work.

  • “A fleet manager checks the page before replying”

Before answering a pitch, a fleet manager looks at what the workshop shows. A page full of vehicles in service, with clear descriptions, tells a business buyer this is a working shop.

What we do

What we deliver for electric vehicle service centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan built on real jobs

A list of post ideas drawn from the faults, repairs and charger fittings your team handled, with owner consent noted.

Result: You never face a blank page.

  2. A photo and video routine for the bay

A simple way to capture the diagnosis, the tools and the finished vehicle without slowing the technicians.

Result: Material comes from everyday work, not from a staged shoot.

  3. Rules on what is never shown

Number plates, customer faces and private details stay out of every post, and consent is recorded before anything goes up.

Result: Customers are protected and trust is kept.

  4. A comment and message reply guide

Who answers, in what words, and when a question moves to a call, so public questions are handled consistently.

Result: No comment or message sits unanswered.

  5. Community group participation

A short note on the groups worth joining, how to answer without selling and when to share the workshop's details.

Result: The workshop becomes known where owners already talk.

  6. Enquiries traced back to posts

Messages and calls that start from social media are tagged and set beside figures taken before the work began.

Result: You can see which posts lead to jobs.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform matters most for a workshop?
Start where your customers already are. For scooter and three-wheeler owners that may be a messaging app and a video platform. Pick one or two, post properly there and watch which one brings calls.
Can we post a customer's vehicle?
Only with the owner's clear consent, and without the number plate or any personal detail. Keep a record of the consent. Check the platform's current rules on posting images of other people's property.
Do we need to run paid promotion?
Not to begin with. Post for a while, see which posts draw questions, then decide what to promote. Check the platform's current rules on advertising vehicles and services before you spend.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
