Multi-brand car service centres · Digital marketing

Fix the profile, the pages and the phone before you pay for a single click.

Digital marketing for a multi-brand car service centre is the whole set of online ways an owner meets the workshop: Maps, search, WhatsApp, social posts and paid ads. GullySales works on putting these in order of what your records show earns job cards.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For multi-brand car service centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Paid clicks land on a weak profile”

An owner who taps an advert checks the Maps rating and the website next. If the listing is thin and the site is slow, the click is wasted. The order of work starts with the profile and the pages, then the ads.

  • “Channels get credit they did not earn”

A job card marked as from Google may have come from a neighbour's recommendation checked on Google. Without a question at the counter about how the owner heard, every channel report is a guess.

  • “The audience is small and close”

An owner will rarely travel far for a service. Spend on a wide area reaches people who will not come, so the plan follows the roads and the societies near the workshop.

  • “Seasons matter in this trade”

The monsoon, summer AC checks and pre-trip inspections each bring a particular job. A plan that follows the year puts the right message in front of owners when the need is real.

What we do

What we deliver for multi-brand car service centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel review against your job cards

Each channel judged by the jobs it brought, using a source question at the counter.

Result: You know where the work really comes from.

  2. A first-things-first order of work

A ranked list: profile, make pages, answering routine, reminders, then paid ads if the records support them.

    Result: Spend follows evidence.

  3. A local plan around your catchment

Areas, societies, offices and fleets within reach, mapped to the channel that suits each.

Result: Effort goes to people who will come.

  4. A seasonal calendar of jobs and messages

Pre-monsoon, AC and highway-trip checks, planned with the messages for past customers.

Result: A reason to contact owners between services.

  5. A report beside a baseline

Calls, job cards, repeat visits and reviews, set against figures recorded before the work begins.

Result: A plain view of what changed and what did not.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we start with ads?
Only after the profile, pages and answering routine are in place. Ads send people to your front door, so the door has to be ready.
What budget should we set?
That is your decision. We help you choose where a small spend does the work and report what it brought. We do not promise a return.
How do we know digital marketing is working?
By the job cards. Calls and clicks are signals, but the measure is cars on the lift and owners who return, tracked against a baseline.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
