Vehicle towing services · Website

Build a site that shows the trucks, the area and a phone number in the first screen.

A website for a towing service is a small set of pages that proves the operator is real, shows the trucks and puts the dispatch number within a tap. GullySales works on the structure, the wording and the technical setup behind those pages.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For vehicle towing services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is on a phone, in a hurry”

A driver at the roadside reads a few lines and taps the number. A heavy page, a slow load or a hidden phone button costs the call to the next result.

  • “Partners read the site before they ring”

A garage manager or insurer assigning tows checks the trucks, the area and the equipment first. A page that lists them plainly makes the first conversation shorter.

  • “Photos of real trucks carry the page”

Stock images of tow trucks say nothing about your fleet. Photos of your own flatbed, crane and yard show what a partner or an owner of an expensive car is trusting.

  • “An out-of-date price is worse than none”

A page that shows a rate your team no longer charges creates the dispute on arrival. Describe the pricing basis and keep any figure off the page unless the team has confirmed it.

What we do

What we deliver for vehicle towing services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A mobile-first home page

Dispatch number, tap-to-call, service area and truck photo on the first screen.

Result: Open the site on a phone and the call button is visible.

  2. Service and vehicle pages

Pages for breakdown towing, accident recovery, heavy vehicles, luxury and electric cars, and workshop transfers.

Result: Each service has its own page.

  3. A partner page

A page for garages, dealers, insurers and fleets with equipment, hours, area and the job record you provide.

Result: A partner finds equipment and hours in one place.

  4. Area and highway pages

Pages for the stretches and neighbourhoods you cover, written with the names drivers use.

Result: Your stretch appears by its local name.

  5. Technical setup

Mobile speed, secure connection, titles, and a form that sends to the dispatch phone or WhatsApp.

Result: A test enquiry reaches the dispatcher.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a Google profile enough?
The profile carries the urgent calls. A site adds vehicle handling and partner pages that help with garages, insurers and fleets.
How many pages do we need?
Enough to cover each service, vehicle type, partner group and area you serve. A small honest site beats a large one with thin pages.
Can we put prices on the site?
Only a pricing basis your team has confirmed. Put any figure on the page when it is current and you accept being held to it.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
