Wedding car rental companies · Digital marketing

Spend where wedding families look: the map, the reel, the planner and the chat.

Digital marketing for a wedding car rental company is the choice of where to be seen online, between map listings, search, Instagram, WhatsApp and planner relationships, and how much of your effort each gets. GullySales works on that choice and on tracking which route brought each booking.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For wedding car rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “There are five places to be and only a few cars”

Maps, search, Instagram, portals and planners all promise bookings. A small owner cannot feed all five, so the work begins by looking at where last season's bookings came from and building on the two or three that worked.

  • “The calendar decides how much to promote”

Advertising a Friday when every car is booked brings enquiries you cannot serve. Marketing should follow the free dates, spending where cars sit idle and holding back where the diary is already full for that stretch.

  • “Ads reach the family too late”

A family that has already fixed the car does not need your advertisement. The effort has to land at the stage when dates are being fixed, which means preparing the listing, the pages and the reply before the season opens, not in the middle of it.

  • “Results are counted by enquiries when they should be counted by advances”

A large number of taps on a reel means little if none becomes an advance. Counting only the number of messages hides which source sends families that actually book, and which only sends people comparing rates.

What we do

What we deliver for wedding car rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A map of the places you appear

The listing, website, Instagram, portals and planner contacts, each marked with whether it sent a booking last season.

Result: You can see which places are worth the effort.

  2. A plan built around your free dates

A promotion plan that follows the cars and dates still open, with the season start planned in advance.

Result: Effort goes to the cars that need bookings.

  3. A small search ad set for the season

A few ads on the use and the city, switched on when the season opens and paused when the diary fills.

Result: Ad spend follows demand instead of running all year.

  4. A source column and an advance column

Each enquiry tagged with its source, and each advance traced back to it.

Result: Spend can be compared to the advances it brought.

  5. An off-season plan for other rentals

Pages and messages aimed at shoots, receptions and anniversaries, the uses outside the wedding date.

Result: The cars have a plan for the quiet months.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which single channel should we start with?
Start with the one that sent the most bookings last season, and if you cannot tell, start with the map listing and a quick WhatsApp reply. Add the next channel only when the first one runs without effort.
How much should a small owner spend on ads?
Set the amount against the margin on a booking, not against a target for taps. Spend a small sum first, count the advances it brings, and raise it only when the sheet shows it paying for itself.
Is digital marketing less useful than the planner network?
They work together. A planner recommends you, and the family then checks you online. A weak listing loses the booking a good planner sent, and strong ads cannot replace a trusted recommendation.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
