Fleet leasing companies · Search engine optimisation

Be the page that answers lease or buy before the finance head phones a bank.

Search engine optimisation (SEO) for a fleet leasing company means pages that answer what a finance head, an HR head or a startup founder types while deciding whether to lease cars instead of buying them. Those searches are about cost lines, maintenance and what happens at the end of the term. GullySales builds one page for each of those questions and for each kind of lease you actually write.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For fleet leasing companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site talks of mobility partnerships and nobody searches for that”

Buyers type car lease for company, operating lease or employee car scheme. A page in the lessor's own jargon loses to a plainly worded page from a rival.

  • “The big lessors and the banks hold the broad searches”

Corporate car leasing is already taken by long-established names and bank loan pages. You win on the narrower question: a city, an electric van, a scheme for a company's HR.

  • “Lease and rental are on one page and attract the wrong visitors”

A person who wants a car for the weekend and a finance head who wants several vehicles for years are different buyers. Mixing them fills the phone with calls your sales team cannot use.

What we do

What we deliver for fleet leasing companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each kind of lease you write

Operating, finance, full-service and employee scheme pages in plain words: who owns the car at the end, who services it, who pays for tyres and insurance, and what the buyer must provide.

Result: A buyer can tell which lease fits before calling anyone.

  2. A lease-or-buy page for finance heads

The cost lines to compare with a loan, the questions to ask any lessor, and a plain note that tax and accounting treatment is for the company's own CA.

Result: The finance head who is searching for the comparison finds yours.

  3. An electric lease page

Charger at the office or at home, who arranges it, what the maker's battery warranty covers, and a note to test the route range before signing.

Result: A company writing its first electric vehicle policy reads your page.

  4. City pages for where you can deliver and service

Each city page lists the delivery arrangement, the workshops you use, the replacement practice and the person who answers, only for cities where you really operate.

Result: A buyer in Pune sees your Pune arrangement, not a claim of pan-India reach.

  5. A repair of the pages already live

Titles and headings corrected, duplicate city pages merged, the site made quick on a phone, and a record of the searches that already bring visits.

Result: Your existing pages stop competing with each other.

  6. Searches traced to quotation requests

Each form, call and WhatsApp message tied back to the page it began on and entered in the request register with the buyer's role.

Result: You see which pages bring fleets and which only bring a query about one car.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Each search is a question about the lease, and each needs its own page.

Lease or buy cars for a company
Answer with a comparison page: the cost lines beside a loan, who carries resale risk, and a clear line that the tax treatment is for the company's CA.
Operating lease and finance lease, the difference
Answer with a short table: who owns the car at the end, who services it, who carries the resale value, and what the buyer signs and holds in each case.
Employee car lease scheme for a company
Write for HR: how the scheme runs through payroll, what the company signs, what the employee signs, and what happens when the employee leaves.
Electric car on lease for a company
Cover charger placement, who arranges installation, what the battery warranty covers and how to test the daily route before signing the lease.
Fleet leasing company in a named city
Build the page only where you deliver: the workshops, the tow and replacement arrangement, and the office address a visitor can find on Maps.
What happens at the end of a car lease
Explain return, extension and purchase, and how condition and excess kilometres are checked, so a buyer sees the end of the term before they sign.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a blog to rank?
Not as a start. A blog post helps only when it answers a question a buyer types, such as what happens to the car at the end of the lease. Write those as pages on the site first, and add posts when you have real questions from the sales calls.
Should we build a page for every city?
Only for cities where you can deliver, service and send a replacement car. A page for a city where you cannot do all three brings an enquiry you will have to turn down. Add a city when the workshop and the person who answers are in place.
Can we copy the wording from a global lessor's site?
No. The text belongs to them, and their terms describe other countries' tax schemes and contract names. An Indian buyer will notice. Write from your own quote sheet and your own agreement, in the words your buyers use on the phone.
Our dealer partner's site ranks well. Can they host our lease page?
It will bring visits, but the buyer will believe the dealer is selling a loan. Keep your own page with your own terms, and ask the dealer to link to it. Then you own the page and the enquiry that comes from it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
