Rank for the route and the vehicle, not for car rental in your city.

Search engine optimisation (SEO) for a car rental business decides whether you appear when a traveller searches a route and a vehicle, such as a tempo traveller to Ooty. GullySales builds a page for each route and service you run, and fixes the site holding them back.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For car rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The search is two places and a vehicle

People type a starting city, a destination and often the model, so a fleet page listing six cars matches none of those searches.

  • Aggregators own the general searches

Portals will outrank you for car rental in a city, and the route pages they have not written are where an operator can still win.

  • The rate structure on the page decides the call

A page showing the per kilometre rate, the minimum kilometres and what driver bata covers gets the enquiry that a contact form never does.

What we do

What we deliver for car rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each route you actually run

Separate pages for your main outstation routes, airport transfers and local packages, with distance, time, stops and the rate structure.

Result: A traveller searching their route finds your page.

  2. Vehicle pages with real photographs

A page for each vehicle type showing seating, luggage space and photographs of your own cars rather than brochure images.

Result: Travellers see the vehicle they will actually get.

  3. Rates published as a structure

Per kilometre rate, minimum kilometres a day, driver bata, toll and parking treatment and night charges shown on every route page.

Result: Enquiries arrive from people who accept your rates.

  4. Site faults cleared from an old build

Page speed, broken booking forms and duplicate route pages fixed, since most operator sites are built once and then left.

Result: A route page is no longer held back by the site around it.

  5. A monthly report by route page

Search position and enquiries per route page each month, compared with where the site stood at the start.

Result: You can see which route is worth writing more about.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for car rental companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your booking sources, the share going through aggregators, reply time on quote requests, reviews, and how the fleet is used across the week.

  2. 2

    Fix the quote

An all-in quote format, quick replies and an evening rota, so every enquiry gets a clear figure fast.

  3. 3

    Be found for each route

Route and service pages, a complete Maps profile and consistent listings with visible licences.

  4. 4

    Fill the weekdays

Corporate rate contracts, airport transfers, hotel and planner partnerships, and seasonal campaigns.

  5. 5

    Bring them back direct

A customer record, repeat trip reminders and a review ask after every completed trip.

Proof

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we outrank Savaari and the travel portals?
Not for a general city search. You can for specific routes and vehicle combinations they have not written a proper page for, and for your own city plus airport searches. Those bring direct bookings.
How many route pages should we write?
Start with the ten routes you actually run well and want more of. A page for a route you would subcontract brings an enquiry you cannot serve, and the review that follows is yours.
Should we stop using aggregators?
No. They are useful for filling cars and reaching travellers who do not know you. The aim is to make every aggregator customer a direct customer for their next trip, through a good experience and a way to contact you.
What documents do corporate clients usually ask for?
Typically GST registration, vehicle permits and insurance, driver licences and background verification, and details of GPS tracking. Having these in one pack speeds up vendor approval.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
