Car rental companies · Pay per click advertising

Bid on the route in the week the family is booking it.

Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising for a car rental business buys the high intent route and airport searches in the days before a trip. GullySales builds campaigns by route and vehicle, keeps them running into the night when enquiries arrive, and counts bookings rather than clicks.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For car rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The enquiry comes at eleven at night

Trips are planned after dinner, so an advertisement that stops at six in the evening misses the hours when people are actually deciding.

  • Aggregators bid on your own name

A traveller who heard about you from a friend and searches your name can be shown a portal's advertisement first, and that booking leaves with a commission attached.

  • A wedding or a pilgrimage is a multi-vehicle search

Someone looking for four cars and a tempo traveller on one date is worth a separate campaign from a single airport drop.

What we do

What we deliver for car rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns split by route and service

Distinct campaigns for outstation routes, airport transfers, self-drive and group vehicles, each with its own words and budget.

Result: Spend follows the work you want.

  2. Ads running when trips are planned

Schedules covering evenings, nights and weekends, with call buttons and a WhatsApp click on mobile.

Result: A late enquiry reaches you, not a competitor.

  3. A brand campaign to hold your own name

A small campaign on your own business name, so a traveller searching for you is not handed to a portal.

Result: Your own customers reach you directly.

  4. Negative keywords for the wrong intent

Searches for driver jobs, taxi permits, car sales and rental agreements excluded before the campaign runs.

Result: The budget stops paying for people who will not book.

  5. Bookings counted against spend by route

Every ad enquiry logged with the route, the vehicle and whether it was travelled, reported against the baseline taken at the start.

Result: You know the cost of a booking, not the cost of a click.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

How the work runs for car rental companies

  1. 1

An all-in quote format, quick replies and an evening rota, so every enquiry gets a clear figure fast.

  3. 3

    Be found for each route

Route and service pages, a complete Maps profile and consistent listings with visible licences.

  4. 4

    Fill the weekdays

Corporate rate contracts, airport transfers, hotel and planner partnerships, and seasonal campaigns.

  5. 5

    Bring them back direct

A customer record, repeat trip reminders and a review ask after every completed trip.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do ads make sense when aggregators already bring bookings?
They do, because an aggregator booking costs you a commission on every trip and the customer stays theirs. An advertisement costs once. The comparison to run is the ad cost per booking against the commission on the same trip.
What should we budget for ads?
Enough to cover your busiest booking weeks on three or four routes, which we size in the audit against your average trip value. What the platform charges is billed to you and kept separate from our own fee.
Should we stop using aggregators?
No. They are useful for filling cars and reaching travellers who do not know you. The aim is to make every aggregator customer a direct customer for their next trip, through a good experience and a way to contact you.
What documents do corporate clients usually ask for?
Typically GST registration, vehicle permits and insurance, driver licences and background verification, and details of GPS tracking. Having these in one pack speeds up vendor approval.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
