CCTV and security system installers · Branding

Look like a company with an office, not a boy with a ladder.

Branding for a CCTV installer is what convinces a society treasurer to hand over the keys of the building. The uniform, the identity card, the vehicle, the warranty card left behind. GullySales settles that presentation and puts it on the survey, the quote and the sticker on the shutter.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For CCTV and security system installers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The premises sticker is your cheapest advertisement

The sign saying the shop is under camera surveillance sits at eye level on a busy street all day. With your name and number on it, the next shop calls you.

  • Your technician walks through people's homes and offices

A uniform, an identity card and shoes left at the door decide whether the customer recommends you to the flat next door.

  • The brand you install is not your brand

Camera brand signage on your shop tells buyers you are a dealer. What they are choosing is who turns up when a camera fails, which needs your own name on the warranty card.

What we do

What we deliver for CCTV and security system installers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A uniform and identity card standard for site teams

Shirts, identity cards, shoe covers and a short rule on how a technician introduces himself at a door, written down for every job.

Result: A stranger with a ladder becomes a company at the doorstep.

  2. Premises stickers and warranty cards carrying your number

A sticker for the shutter or gate and a warranty card for the recorder, both printed with your firm's name, number and service hours.

Result: Every installation advertises you for years.

  3. A survey and quote document that looks like a company's

The placement sketch, models, storage days, cabling, power backup, warranty and AMC terms in one document rather than a message.

Result: The committee has something it can circulate and approve.

  4. Vehicle and shop signage settled once

The van, the shop board and the service vehicle lettered the same way, with your name given more room than the camera brands.

Result: People in your area learn one name.

  5. The dealer relationship stated correctly

What your distributor agreement lets you claim about the brands you fit, written once and checked with them before it goes on a board or a quote.

Result: Nothing on your signage has to be taken down later.

  6. One description of the company used everywhere

The same few lines about what you install, how long you have worked and which areas you serve, used on the listing, the quote and the proposal.

Result: Buyers hear one story wherever they check.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for CCTV and security system installers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where enquiries come from, how site surveys and quotes are handled, how many customers have an AMC, and what they buy afterwards.

  2. 2

    Fix the quote

A survey checklist and proposal format that explain the full system and are hard to undercut with a kit.

  3. 3

    Get found locally

Maps, local pages and referral routes with builders, electricians and associations in the areas you serve.

  4. 4

    Sell the service

An AMC at every installation, with a renewal routine and a record of every system installed.

  5. 5

    Grow each customer

Upgrades, alarms, access control and video door phones offered to customers who already trust your work.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

We are three technicians and a van. Is branding worth anything?
It matters most at that size, because the buyer is deciding whether you will still exist when the camera fails. A shirt, an identity card, a warranty card and a number on the sticker cost very little and answer that question.
Should the board carry the camera brand or our own name?
Your own name first, with the brands you are authorised to fit below it. The brand brings recognition and the buyer still has to pick an installer. What your distributor agreement allows on signage is worth confirming with them.
How do we stop customers giving our camera plan to a cheaper installer?
Share the placement plan with the quote, not before, and include the details only you can deliver: the recorder setup, remote viewing, warranty and AMC. Following up within a day of the survey also reduces the chance they shop around.
Should we advertise low package prices?
A clear entry package helps small shops and homes decide, as long as it states what is included. We avoid prices that only work by leaving out cabling or installation, because they lead to arguments on site.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
