CCTV and security system installers · Email marketing

A renewal reminder is the difference between a job and an account.

Email and WhatsApp for a CCTV installer carry two things: the annual maintenance contract falling due, and the follow-up on proposals sent to schools, factories and societies. GullySales builds the customer record behind both and puts a reminder on every warranty end and renewal date.

A post room: a wall rack of pigeonholes with sorted letters and strapped bundles, a loaded mail trolley wheeled up in front of it, and on the bench a franking machine with one envelope under the press arm, franked and cleared

What email marketing means

Email marketing is sending planned messages to a list of past and prospective customers who have agreed to hear from you. It suits offers, updates and staying in touch with someone who is not ready to buy yet. GullySales writes and schedules these emails and tracks who opens, clicks and enquires.

For CCTV and security system installers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Renewal dates are the only calendar this business has

Every installation carries a warranty end and an AMC due date. Without a list of them, yearly income turns into whoever happens to ring.

  • Homeowners answer WhatsApp and ignore email

A shop or a flat replies to a message naming the technician and the system installed. Email is for the school, the factory and the society, where an approval has to be forwarded to somebody else.

  • A committee proposal needs three follow-ups

The agenda slips, the treasurer changes, the quorum fails. A proposal sent once and left alone waits until somebody cheaper turns up at the gate.

What we do

What we deliver for CCTV and security system installers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A customer record with the system and the dates

Cameras, recorder, hard disk, installation date, warranty end and AMC status recorded for every customer in a simple system your office can use.

Result: The office can see next month's renewals at a glance.

  2. AMC reminders sent before the date

A message six weeks out, another a week before, and a call after that, with a health check visit offered alongside the renewal.

Result: Renewals stop being lost to silence.

  3. Warranty expiry messages with an offer attached

A note as the warranty ends, explaining what changes and what an AMC covers, sent to customers who never took one.

Result: One-time customers turn into yearly accounts.

  4. A follow-up sequence for institution proposals

Dated emails and calls after a proposal to a school, factory or society, with the decision date and the person deciding recorded.

Result: A proposal gets three chances instead of one.

  5. An upgrade campaign to older installations

Messages to customers whose analogue systems are years old, showing what an IP upgrade changes and what cabling can be reused.

Result: A repair call becomes an upgrade order.

  6. Consent recorded for WhatsApp and email

Permission to message taken at handover and kept with the customer record, with a simple way for anyone to stop receiving messages.

Result: The list stays usable and nobody is annoyed by it.

  7. Renewals and upgrades reported monthly

AMC contracts signed and renewed, upgrade orders and proposals closed, set against the baseline recorded before work began.

Result: You can watch recurring income build.

How the result is measured

  • Open rate
  • Click rate
  • Enquiries from email

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for CCTV and security system installers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where enquiries come from, how site surveys and quotes are handled, how many customers have an AMC, and what they buy afterwards.

  2. 2

    Fix the quote

A survey checklist and proposal format that explain the full system and are hard to undercut with a kit.

  3. 3

    Get found locally

Maps, local pages and referral routes with builders, electricians and associations in the areas you serve.

  4. 4

    Sell the service

An AMC at every installation, with a renewal routine and a record of every system installed.

  5. 5

    Grow each customer

Upgrades, alarms, access control and video door phones offered to customers who already trust your work.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our customers are all on WhatsApp. Is email worth anything?
For institutions, yes. A school or a factory needs something to forward to the principal or to accounts, and a WhatsApp message will not be attached to a file note. Use the channel the buyer uses.
How far ahead should an AMC reminder go out?
About six weeks, then again a week before the date, then a call. Renewals are lost to silence more than to price. Offering a health check visit with the reminder gives your technician a reason to be there.
How do we stop customers giving our camera plan to a cheaper installer?
Share the placement plan with the quote, not before, and include the details only you can deliver: the recorder setup, remote viewing, warranty and AMC. Following up within a day of the survey also reduces the chance they shop around.
Should we advertise low package prices?
A clear entry package helps small shops and homes decide, as long as it states what is included. We avoid prices that only work by leaving out cabling or installation, because they lead to arguments on site.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
