CCTV and security system installers · Social media

Post the work without posting anyone's footage or front door.

Social media for a CCTV installer is WhatsApp status, the society group and a local page, read by the same people who ask a neighbour for a name. GullySales sets a posting routine around completed jobs and writes the rule on what may never be shown.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For CCTV and security system installers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Your customer's footage is not content

A clip from a shop's recorder posted as proof of good work puts the customer, and you, somewhere nobody wants to be. The mount and the cable dressing make the point instead.

  • The society group settles more than any page

One resident asking the block group for a camera recommendation brings more work than a month of posting. Being the name a past customer types there is the whole job.

  • The post after an incident is the one people forward

When a burglary happens in an area, a calm note on what coverage a shop of that size needs travels through local groups by itself.

What we do

What we deliver for CCTV and security system installers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A posting routine tied to completed jobs

One post from each finished installation, prepared from the photographs the technician takes before leaving site, for the owner to approve.

Result: Posting survives a busy month.

  2. A written rule on what may not be posted

No recorded footage, no customer names, no readable shop boards or door numbers, and no camera positions of a private home.

Result: Your feed never becomes a customer's problem.

  3. WhatsApp status used as the daily channel

A short daily update from site, a festival safety note and the AMC reminder, put where your customers and their contacts already look.

Result: Past customers are reminded of you without a rupee spent.

  4. Something a past customer can forward

A short note and a photograph a satisfied customer can drop into their own society or market group when somebody asks for a name.

Result: Your recommendation arrives from a neighbour.

  5. A presence in the local groups and pages you serve

The market, layout and society pages in your area identified, their posting rules read, and your owner answering questions there rather than posting offers.

Result: You are the installer people already recognise.

  6. Messages logged like any other enquiry

Comments and direct messages routed into the same enquiry record as a phone call, with the same reply standard and source tag.

Result: A message sent at ten at night is not lost.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for CCTV and security system installers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where enquiries come from, how site surveys and quotes are handled, how many customers have an AMC, and what they buy afterwards.

  2. 2

    Fix the quote

A survey checklist and proposal format that explain the full system and are hard to undercut with a kit.

  3. 3

    Get found locally

Maps, local pages and referral routes with builders, electricians and associations in the areas you serve.

  4. 4

    Sell the service

An AMC at every installation, with a renewal routine and a record of every system installed.

  5. 5

    Grow each customer

Upgrades, alarms, access control and video door phones offered to customers who already trust your work.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we post a clip where our camera caught a theft?
Not without the owner's written permission, and usually not even then. The recording belongs to the building owner, the people in it never agreed to appear, and your own legal adviser should set the line you work to. Show the installation instead.
Is Instagram worth it for a CCTV company?
Less than WhatsApp and the local groups. It does reach interior designers and builders who refer work, so a small, neat feed of finished installations is worth keeping. The buying conversation still happens in a society group.
How do we stop customers giving our camera plan to a cheaper installer?
Share the placement plan with the quote, not before, and include the details only you can deliver: the recorder setup, remote viewing, warranty and AMC. Following up within a day of the survey also reduces the chance they shop around.
Should we advertise low package prices?
A clear entry package helps small shops and homes decide, as long as it states what is included. We avoid prices that only work by leaving out cabling or installation, because they lead to arguments on site.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
