Commercial solar EPC companies · Pay per click advertising

Pay for the search that comes from a factory roof, not a homeowner's subsidy question.

Google Ads for a commercial solar EPC company means bidding on the searches of factory, warehouse and campus buyers and keeping out the home and subsidy searches that fill the same terms. GullySales builds the campaigns by building type and city, sends each click to a matching page and reports the cost of a survey request.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For commercial solar EPC companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The word solar attracts the wrong clicks”

Panel price, subsidy, solar for home and solar jobs share their words with a factory roof. Without a long list of blocked terms, the budget goes on people who will never buy a plant.

  • “A small number of searches matter”

There are far fewer industrial solar searches than home ones. A well-built campaign is narrow, by city and building type, and cannot be judged by click volume.

  • “A click is not a survey request”

An owner who reads for a while and leaves has not enquired. The campaign has to be counted on bills uploaded and surveys booked, so the page and the form matter as much as the advertisement.

What we do

What we deliver for commercial solar EPC companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Search campaigns by building type and city

Separate campaigns for factory rooftop, warehouse and cold storage, campus and commercial buildings, each limited to the cities you will visit.

Result: The advertisement reaches a buyer searching for his own kind of roof.

  2. A long block list

Terms for home solar, subsidy, panel prices, wholesale, jobs, courses and small devices, added at the start and extended from the search terms report.

Result: The budget stays on industrial buyers.

  3. Landing pages that match the search

A page for each campaign, with a roof like the buyer's, a plant you commissioned and a form asking for the bill.

Result: A click lands on proof, not on a home page.

  4. Call and form tracking

Calls from the advertisement and forms from the page recorded with the search that brought them, and marked as survey booked or not.

Result: You can tell a survey request from a curious call.

  5. Retargeting for owners who read and left

A reminder to visitors who read the saving or approvals page, pointing to a worked example.

Result: A buyer still weighing three EPC companies sees you again.

  6. Cost per survey in the report

A report on what each survey request cost through search, against the baseline recorded in the audit.

Result: You can see whether the spend produces surveys.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches to bid on and block

The searches worth paying for as a commercial solar EPC company, and the ones to keep out.

solar EPC company for factory in your city
Bid. The buyer has a roof, a bill and a shortlist. Keep factory, warehouse and campus in separate campaigns, each landing on a page with your own plants of that type.
commercial rooftop solar quotation
Bid. This is a buyer asking for a proposal. Send the click to a page that asks for the bill and the roof type, so the survey can be fixed with a name and a date.
solar without investment or pay per unit solar
Bid, but only if you offer it, and in a separate campaign. Explain tariff basis, term and ownership on the page. A buyer arriving on a buy-the-plant page will leave.
solar panel price or solar panel cost per watt
Block or treat as research. The searcher is usually a home buyer or a trader. If you bid, send the click to a page on what a commercial quote includes, with no printed rate.
solar subsidy, solar for home, solar jobs, solar course
Block. These bring the largest volume and almost no industrial buyers. Add them as negatives at the start and read the search terms report for new ones.
Counting a real enquiry
Count a form with a bill and roof type, or a call that ends in a survey date. A caller asking only for a price per kilowatt is early research and goes on a separate list.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for commercial solar EPC companies

  1. 1

    Audit the enquiry-to-order path

We read how enquiries arrive, how a survey is booked, what the proposal looks like and where files stall, using your last proposals and the orders you lost.

  2. 2

Build pages for each building and buyer

Pages for factories, warehouses, campuses and commercial buildings, written around the questions each buyer asks, with the roof and the bill at the centre.

  3. 3

Set the survey and proposal routine

A written step from enquiry to survey to proposal, with the fields to record, the person who owns each step and the proposal layout.

  4. 4

Record every proposal and follow it

One shared record of each enquiry and proposal version, with the next call and the reason a file closed.

  5. 5

    Turn running plants into references

Written agreement with willing owners for case pages and hosted visits, and a note to past customers about further roofs.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we bid on our own company name?
Yes, in a small separate campaign. A plant head who has heard of you will search your name, and a competitor can sit above you otherwise. Keep it apart from the rest, so its cheap clicks do not make the other campaigns look better than they are.
Is call-only advertising right for us?
Seldom. A commercial buyer wants to send a bill first, and the form with a bill upload gives your engineer more to work with. Call-only can suit a small factory owner. Test it against the form, and count surveys from each.
How do we keep job seekers and students out?
Add jobs, vacancy, course, training and fresher to the blocked list from the start, and read the search terms every time the account is reviewed. Solar draws many job searches, and they often fill the first clicks.
Will advertising bring tender work?
No. Tenders come from procurement portals. Advertising works for private factories, warehouses, campuses and commercial buildings. Use it for those, and use the site to show past orders when a tender officer checks you.
Should we publish a rate per kWp on our website?
Publish the basis, not a bare rate. Say what is inside it: modules, inverters, structure, cabling, approvals and monitoring, and what is outside it. A buyer will compare numbers, so a rate without the scope invites a lower quote that leaves half the work out.
Do factory owners search online, or does everything come through consultants?
Both. Consultants and associations bring many introductions, but the plant head or the owner then searches your name, your projects and your reviews before a survey is agreed. If that search finds nothing, a good introduction goes cold.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
