Coaching centres and tutors · Content marketing

Publish the answers your counsellors give twenty times a season.

Content marketing for a coaching centre is writing down what a counsellor explains at the desk all season, such as choosing between two batches or what a drop year means. GullySales plans it around the admission calendar and keeps anything about results inside the rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

Last updated 5 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For coaching centres and tutors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Your counselling desk has already written it”

The questions asked across a season are the pages. Sit with a counsellor for an hour and you have the year's writing.

  • “The honest comparison is what gets trusted”

A family weighing a drop year against a second attempt, or a small centre against a chain, wants somebody to lay it out straight. Almost nobody does.

  • “A question bank builds an audience that cannot enrol”

Downloadable papers bring aspirants from everywhere, and a neighbourhood tuition centre cannot teach any of them. Publish them for the name, not for admissions.

What we do

What we deliver for coaching centres and tutors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each question asked at the desk

Choosing between batches, what a drop year involves, how instalments work, what happens if a child falls behind, each written plainly.

Result: A parent gets the counsellor's answer before she rings.

  2. A stream and career choice guide

What follows Class 10 and Class 12 in plain words, including the options your centre does not teach, written for a family with no adviser.

Result: Parents come to you for the decision, not just the class.

  3. Subject explainers written by your teachers

One hard topic per subject, explained the way it is taught in your classroom, with the teacher's name on it.

Result: The teaching is visible to a family who has not visited.

  4. A sign-off step for anything about results

Every mention of a rank, score or selection checked against evidence and consent, and read by your own adviser before it goes up.

Result: The written material stays inside the rules you work under.

  5. A route from each page into WhatsApp

Every guide cut down to a forwardable note when it is written, so counsellors and parents have something to send.

Result: One piece of writing does three jobs.

  6. A record of which page produced a booking

The page named at intake, logged by the counsellor and reported against the baseline recorded before work starts.

Result: You write more of what actually brings families in.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Questions buyers ask first

The questions a parent asks before choosing a centre, and the piece that answers each.

Which batch is right for my child's level?
A batch page: who each batch is for, the entry test, the batch size you actually run and what is covered. Parents do not know whether to choose the foundation or the advanced batch.
How will I know if my child is keeping up?
Describe the tests, how marks are shared, how often parents meet teachers and how absence is reported. Show a sample report with the student's name removed.
What if my child misses a class or has a doubt?
A policy page: recorded or repeat classes, doubt sessions, and who the child asks. A parent worried about a weak subject reads this first.
Who will teach my child?
A teacher page for each subject: qualification, years teaching, the batches taken and a sample lecture. Use only facts the teacher confirms.
Is the fee refundable if my child leaves midway?
Publish the fee and refund terms in plain words, with the instalments and what is deducted. Check the current state rules on coaching centres and say where they apply.
Is the centre safe, and how does my child get home?
A safety page: entry and exit, attendance messages to parents, transport arrangements, supervision during breaks. Parents of younger students decide on this, not on results.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the content marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we publish question banks and sample papers?
Publish some, and be clear about what they do. They bring students and build a name among aspirants. They rarely fill a local batch, because the child downloading them lives four districts away.
Can we write about our students' results?
Only what you can evidence, with the student's and parent's written consent, and worded carefully. Rank and selection claims are being challenged, so your own adviser should read anything you plan to publish.
Should our teachers appear in the videos?
Yes. A parent is choosing a person, and a short video of the teacher explaining one concept shows them. Get each teacher's agreement, and decide before you start what happens to the videos when a teacher leaves.
Should pages be in the regional language as well as English?
Yes for parents. Students may read English, but the parent who signs the admission form reads the language at home. Put the batch, fee and refund pages in that language first and have a teacher check the translation.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
