Dental colleges · Digital marketing

Plan search, social, chat and email as one admissions effort with one record.

Digital marketing for a dental college is the combined work of search, advertising, social media, email and chat, aimed at BDS families and MDS applicants and measured against admissions. GullySales plans the channels together so the same fact sheet and the same record sit behind each.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For dental colleges

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels compete when nobody joins them”

A search advertisement, a social post and an email each tell a family something slightly different about fees. When the three are planned together from one fact sheet, the family hears one answer wherever they meet the college.

  • “Spending follows the season, not the calendar”

Interest rises when counselling is announced and falls afterwards. Advertising spread flat across the year pays for quiet weeks. A plan tied to the counselling timetable and the college's own enquiry history puts effort where families are looking.

  • “Admissions is the measure, not clicks”

A page with plenty of visitors and no enquiries has not done its work. The useful count is enquiries by source, visits and confirmed seats, read separately for BDS and MDS.

  • “The public sees the whole of it”

A family checks the website, the map reviews, the social feed and the news. A weak spot in one place colours the rest. A short audit of what a family would find tells the college where the gaps are.

What we do

What we deliver for dental colleges.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan tied to counselling

A written plan of which channel serves which family at which stage, with the owner of each and the facts each draws on.

Result: One plan shows each channel, its purpose and its owner.

  2. A search advertising set-up

Campaigns for BDS and MDS searches pointing to the clinical floor pages and the fee sheet, with a log of what was changed and why.

Result: Each campaign lands on a page written for its search.

  3. An email and chat routine

Messages to families who agreed to hear from the college, built from the same dated facts as the website.

Result: Every message cites facts that appear on the website.

  4. An admissions report read with management

Enquiries by source, visits against enquiries and admissions against visits, shown for BDS and MDS separately.

Result: Management has one report that connects marketing to seats.

  5. A public-presence audit

A review of how the college appears across search, maps, social platforms and news, with a list of gaps and owners.

Result: A written list of gaps, each with a named owner.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these dental colleges.

  • Dental colleges attached to a medical college

  • Government dental colleges

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we start with advertising or with the website?
Start with the website and the fact sheet, because every channel sends families there. Advertising that lands on a weak page pays for visitors who leave. Once the pages answer the main questions, advertising can be tested.
How do we know which channel brought a family?
Ask at the first call and record the answer, and tag links in advertisements so visits can be traced. Neither is perfect, so read them together and treat the numbers as a guide.
Do advertising rules apply to dental colleges?
Yes. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check each admissions claim with your own council or adviser before it goes live. Also check each platform's current rules for education and health advertising.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
