Educational institutions · Reputation management
Parents choose on what other parents wrote about your school.
Reputation management for a school or institute covers reviews written by parents, comments about fees or bus safety, and what circulates in neighbourhood groups. GullySales sets up monitoring, a reply approach that protects the child's privacy, and a review ask timed to orientation.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What reputation management means
Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For educational institutions
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“You cannot reply the way a shop would”
A complaint about a child cannot be answered with the details, because the child's privacy comes first, so the public reply has to invite the parent in instead.
“Old reviews read as a school that stopped caring”
Forty reviews from three years ago and no replies tells a parent scrolling on a phone that nothing has happened since.
“The bus is where reputation is actually decided”
Comments about a driver, a route or an attendant travel through parent groups faster than anything on the website, and they decide admissions in that area.
What we do
What we deliver for educational institutions.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
Monitoring of reviews and parent forums
Maps reviews, Facebook comments and the local parent pages checked, with anything about safety raised the same day.
Result: Nothing about your school sits unseen for a month.
A reply approach that protects the child
Written guidance for replying publicly without confirming a child's identity or details, and for moving the conversation to a meeting.
Result: You answer without creating a second problem.
Review asks at orientation and events
The request made at orientation, annual day and parent meetings, when a parent's view of the school is strongest.
Result: Recent reviews keep arriving through the year.
A named person answering reviews
One person in the office responsible for reading and replying, with drafts approved by the principal before posting.
Result: Replies are consistent and never written in anger.
A record of complaints and what was done
Every complaint logged with the action taken and the date, whether it came publicly or at the gate.
Result: A repeated complaint is fixed rather than answered again.
How the result is measured
- Average rating
- Response time to reviews
- Negative mentions resolved
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
What to do with each review
How to answer each kind of review a school or institute gets.
- Praise from a parent for the school
- Thank them and give the credit to the staff as a team. Do not use the child's name, class or marks in the reply. If the praise names a teacher, pass the review to that teacher and the principal.
- A complaint about fees or extra charges
- Reply with where the fee structure is published and offer a call with the accounts desk. Then check that every branch and every phone call quotes the same fee, since the mismatch is what parents write about.
- A complaint about a teacher or a class
- Do not discuss the child or the teacher in public. Invite the parent to meet the coordinator or principal, and keep a written record of what is raised so the answer is the same each time.
- A review about the bus or pickup
- Reply that the transport in-charge will look at the route, and then do it. Check the route sheet, the stop timings and the driver and attendant details, because parents judge the school by this journey.
- An admissions complaint that nobody called back
- Own the gap and say how enquiries are now logged and answered. Check the callback log for that parent. During the admissions rush, one person should own every open enquiry.
- A review that looks written by a rival centre
- Do not accuse anyone. Check the admission and enquiry records. If nothing matches, reply politely, and report the review through the platform if it breaks the rules on fake or conflicted reviews.

How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
How the reputation management work runs
- 1
Understand current perception
We start by actually searching your business name and reviewing what a stranger would currently see.
- 2
Audit existing mentions
We catalogue reviews, mentions and search results, flagging anything negative or inaccurate.
- 3
Plan responses
A calm, factual response is prepared for anything that needs one, agreed with you before posting.
- 4
Implement monitoring
Ongoing checks are set up so new mentions are caught promptly rather than discovered by accident.
- 5
Measure and report
Sentiment and response times are reported, with your business name searched again to see what has moved.
Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
One office, and we say so
Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.
