Educational institutions · Website

Put fees, board affiliation, transport and open-house dates where a parent looks first.

A website for a school or institute is the page a parent opens on a phone to check fees, affiliation, routes and admission dates before deciding to call or visit. GullySales plans the pages around those questions and builds the enquiry paths into them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For educational institutions

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The parent compares on a phone in the evening”

Comparison happens on a mobile screen between other tasks. Tiny text, heavy images or a prospectus that must be downloaded sends the parent to the next tab. Fees and board belong at the top of the page, not inside a PDF.

  • “Affiliation and recognition must be visible and exact”

Board affiliation, university recognition and approvals are among the first things families check. State them as your documents state them, with the name or number the authority issued, and update them when they change.

  • “One page for each programme beats one page for everything”

A page for Class 11 science, another for the pre-primary programme, another for a diploma course. Each answers the questions of its own chooser and can be found through its own search.

  • “A form that asks too much loses the family”

An enquiry form demanding the child's date of birth, previous marks and parents' occupations before any reply costs a parent who is standing in a queue. Ask for name, number, class and the best time to call.

What we do

What we deliver for educational institutions.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A set of admissions pages

Fees, board, calendar, documents needed and transport routes, each on a page of its own and written for the questions parents type.

Result: A parent finds the answer without phoning.

  2. A page for each programme

Separate pages for each class band, course or batch, with the chooser's questions answered in order.

Result: Each programme can be found and shared on its own.

  3. An enquiry form and click-to-call

A short form and a tap-to-call button that record the source of every enquiry.

Result: Enquiries reach the log with their source attached.

  4. A campus visit booking page

Visit slots a parent can request, with the information they should bring.

Result: Visits are booked by name and counted.

  5. A trust page

Affiliation documents, facilities and staff details, with photographs only where the school holds consent.

Result: Claims on the site match papers you can show.

  6. A phone and weak-data check

Pages tested on mid-range phones and slow connections, with images sized to suit.

Result: The site opens for a parent on poor signal.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we publish our fees on the website?
Parents look for them first and phone if they cannot find them. Showing the fee structure, or at least what it covers, answers the question before the call. If fees differ by branch, each branch page shows its own.
Do we need a new site or can the current one be fixed?
We look at the current site first. Where pages read well on a phone and your staff can edit them, we restructure. Where they cannot, we rebuild. The audit decides, not a fixed preference.
Can we publish toppers and results on the site?
Factually, with written consent from the student or guardian, and with the course the student took. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so ask your own adviser before publishing.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
