Gymnastics academies · Buyer persona

Write separately for the parent of a toddler, a beginner and a squad gymnast.

A buyer persona for a gymnastics academy describes the parent who decides, what they fear, what they compare and who else weighs in. GullySales builds a short persona for each programme from your own enquiries so the pages, messages and calls speak to the right person.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

For gymnastics academies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The toddler parent wants safety and gentleness”

The parent of a toddler is asking whether the room is soft, whether a coach will stay near their child and whether a parent may watch. Fees and levels come later; reassurance comes first.

  • “The recreational parent is solving a timetable”

A school-age family is fitting gymnastics between homework, tuition and travel. The deciding questions are the day, the time and the distance, and then whether the child will enjoy it enough to continue.

  • “The competitive family is buying a path”

The family of a serious young gymnast asks about coaches, selection, competition travel and the commitment each week asks of the child. They compare academies on coaching record and training hours, not on facility photographs alone.

  • “The child has a vote the form never records”

A child who has seen gymnastics on screen or at a friend's party brings the idea home. The enquiry notes should capture what the child wants as well as what the parent asks.

What we do

What we deliver for gymnastics academies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Persona sheets

A short sheet each for toddler, recreational and competitive parents, built from your enquiries and the questions asked on first visits.

Result: Everyone writing for the academy describes the same people.

  2. An objections list for each persona

The worries each parent raises, such as safety, distance, cost or a child's shyness, with the plain answer your coaches give.

Result: The front desk answers each worry the same way.

  3. A channel map by persona

Where each parent looks, whether society groups, school contacts, search or a friend's recommendation, and what to place there.

Result: Effort goes where each type of parent actually looks.

  4. Messages written for each parent

The opening line of the page, the first reply on WhatsApp and the trial invitation, adjusted for each persona.

Result: A parent hears words meant for their situation.

  5. A check against real enrolments

The persona sheets compared with the families who actually enrolled and stayed, then corrected.

Result: The personas describe your parents, not an assumption.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

How do you build personas without surveying every parent?
We start from your enquiry records, trial notes and the questions asked at the front desk, then speak to a handful of current parents. The aim is a working description, not a research report.
Should the persona be the child or the parent?
The parent decides and pays, so the persona is the parent. The child's interests and age sit inside it, because a toddler's needs and a squad member's are very different.
Do we need a persona for the school or the society?
If schools or societies are a real source of children, yes. The contact there, such as a coordinator or committee member, wants a different message from a parent, so give that person a short sheet of their own.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
