Gymnastics academies · Social media

Post what parents want to see: the mats, the progress and the coaches at work.

Social media marketing for a gymnastics academy is the use of photographs, short videos and parent groups to show the facility, the levels and the children's progress to families who may enrol. GullySales plans the content, the consent routine and the route from a post to a trial booking.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For gymnastics academies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The audience is the parent, not the child”

A child may love a clip of a flip, but the person who pays reads the post for safety, structure and care. Captions that name the batch, the coach and the level speak to that reader.

  • “An advanced skill can frighten the wrong family”

A squad member's high-bar release looks impressive to a competitive family and alarming to the parent of a toddler. Each post should say which batch the skill belongs to and how children reach it.

  • “Showcases are the strongest content and the least used”

Children perform in front of parents and a camera phone, then the clips stay on individual phones. Gathering photographs with consent and posting them with an invitation to bring friends turns a display into admissions.

  • “Posting without a booking link wastes the interest”

A parent who likes a post and finds no way to book a trial moves on. The profile link, the pinned post and the reply to a comment should all lead to the trial route.

What we do

What we deliver for gymnastics academies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A consent routine for photographs and video

A written permission form for parents, a record of who has agreed and a rule that unconsented children are never posted.

Result: Every image published has a parent's agreement behind it.

  2. A content plan by audience

Separate posts for toddler parents, school-age families and the competitive squad, each showing what that parent cares about.

Result: Each parent sees material meant for them.

  3. Showcase coverage with an invitation

Photographs and short clips from displays, followed by a post inviting guests to a taster class.

Result: Showcases bring new families as well as pleasing current ones.

  4. A reply and message routine

A short guide for answering comments and direct messages, with timings, fees structure and the trial route ready to share.

Result: No parent's question is left sitting on a post.

  5. A profile that leads to a trial

The bio, link and pinned post set so a parent reaches the trial booking in a tap or two.

Result: Interest in a post can become a booked class.

  6. A report from posts to trials

Enquiries and trial bookings traced back to the platform and post type, against the baseline before work starts.

Result: You can see which kind of post brings families.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform matters most for an academy?
Instagram and WhatsApp suit an academy because parents look at pictures and then message. Where your own parents spend time decides it, so we start from where your current enquiries came from.
Can we boost posts with children in them?
Check the platform's current rules on advertising involving minors, and keep written parental consent for every child shown. Some parents will say no, and the academy has to be ready to honour that.
How do we deal with a parent who asks us to take down a photograph?
Remove it at once and confirm in writing. Keep the consent record, check where else the image appears, and tell coaches not to repost it from any group.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
