Gymnastics academies · Website

Build a site that shows the facility, the levels and the trial in one visit.

A website for a gymnastics academy is the place a parent checks the facility, the timetable and the safety answers before they walk in. GullySales builds and improves the pages, the timetable and the trial booking so a parent can decide with confidence.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For gymnastics academies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The parent is on a phone, in a hurry”

A parent looking up the academy is standing in a school gate or sitting in a car. A page that loads on a phone and shows the age groups, the days and a trial button serves them; a heavy desktop layout does not.

  • “A timetable pasted as an image cannot be read”

A scanned timetable cannot be searched, enlarged properly or read by a screen reader. Written as text on the page, it can be found by search engines and read by every parent.

  • “No photographs of the facility means no trust”

Parents judge the mats, the apparatus and the cleanliness before they judge the coach. A site that hides the facility makes them wonder what is missing, and they choose the academy that shows it.

  • “A contact form nobody answers is worse than none”

A parent who fills in a form and hears nothing assumes the academy is careless. Each form must reach a named person with a reply routine behind it, and each submission should offer a trial slot.

What we do

What we deliver for gymnastics academies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page that shows the facility

Photographs and a short video of the mats, apparatus and supervised floor, with the age groups and the trial button above the fold.

Result: A parent understands the academy in one look.

  2. Programme and level pages

A page for toddlers, recreational batches and competitive squads, with the levels explained in plain words.

Result: Each parent finds the page written for their child.

  3. A timetable written as text

The days, times and venues for each batch, set out as readable text and updated as batches fill.

Result: Parents get a correct timetable on any phone.

  4. A trial booking form that works

A short form or WhatsApp link asking the child's age and preferred days, routed to a named person on the desk.

Result: Every visitor can book a trial without calling.

  5. A safety and coaches page

A plain account of supervision, matting and progression, with the coaches' roles named and photographs used only with consent.

Result: The worry parents arrive with is answered on the site.

  6. Speed, mobile and search basics

Loading time, mobile layout, page titles and a Google Business Profile link checked and corrected.

Result: The site loads on a phone and can be found.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we keep our current website?
The existing content can be kept where it is accurate and the structure improved. We review what you have first, and rebuild only where the pages, the speed or the booking route cannot do the job.
How many pages does an academy need?
Enough to answer a parent: home, programmes, levels, timetable, safety, coaches, camp and contact. Extra pages help only when they answer a real question, so we do not pad the site.
Should we list fees on the website?
That is your decision. Parents look for the fee structure early, and hiding it can lose enquiries. If you prefer not to publish amounts, say what the trial costs and offer a call.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
