International schools · Website

Build a site that answers the family before they email you.

A website for an international school is the place where a parent abroad learns the curriculum, the process and the people before making contact. GullySales plans the page structure, writes the admissions and programme pages, and sets up the forms that carry an enquiry to a named person.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For international schools

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is the campus for families who cannot visit”

A parent in another country walks the school through pages and a video. If the site shows a handsome gate and gives no grades, curriculum or admissions steps, the family cannot picture the child there.

  • “The admissions page is the one that gets used”

A family ready to apply wants the steps, documents, dates and contact on one readable page. When that information sits inside a downloaded file on a phone, a parent on a small screen gives up before opening it.

  • “Programme pages need one voice”

A page on the primary years written by one author and a page on the senior programme by another read as two schools. A shared structure lets a parent compare stages without confusion.

  • “A form that disappears into an inbox loses the family”

An enquiry form with no assigned owner, no confirmation message and no source tag leaves the parent unsure that anything was sent. The school then cannot say where the family came from.

What we do

What we deliver for international schools.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built around parents' questions

A page structure covering programmes, grades, admissions, tours, fees guidance, staff and contact, arranged as a family would look for them.

Result: Every question a family asks has an obvious page.

  2. Programme and stage pages

Plain-language pages for each programme and stage, describing study, assessment and reporting, written with your academic team.

Result: A parent can read one page and tell the stages apart.

  3. An admissions process page

Steps, documents, assessment and dates for a family at a distance, written in text a phone can read.

Result: A family abroad can see every step without downloading a file.

  4. A video-tour booking page

A page for booking a live or recorded tour, with time-zone choice and a confirmation sent from a named person.

Result: A booked tour sends a confirmation with the family's details to the office.

  5. Forms with owners and source tags

Enquiry and booking forms that notify a named person, send a confirmation and record which page the family used.

Result: Each form submission shows who owns the reply and where it came from.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the website show fees?
Fee display is a decision for your school's leadership. Whatever is shown must be accurate and current, and rules on fee disclosure differ by state and board, so check with your own adviser.
Can you work with our existing site?
A rebuild is not always needed. We review the pages, the forms and the structure first, and recommend changes where they will help a parent, whether on your current platform or a new one.
Who owns the content?
The school does. We draft and structure it, your team approves it, and anything about affiliation, authorisation or results is confirmed by the school before publication.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
