Management colleges · Website

Build a site where a candidate finds the fee, the recruiters and the way to apply.

A management college website is the place where a candidate checks approvals, programme details, fee and recruiters before deciding to apply. GullySales designs and builds the structure, pages and forms so those answers are easy to find on a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For management colleges

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The fee page is the first exit”

A fee shown as a bare table, with no explanation of deposits, instalments or loans, sends the candidate away. A page that gives the total for the whole programme, then breaks it down, keeps the reader long enough to see the rest.

  • “Approvals belong where a parent can find them”

Parents look for the approving body and the status of the programme. State them plainly, with the wording your office has confirmed, and link to the source. Rules on how these are shown differ by body, so check with your own adviser.

  • “A site built for a desktop loses the phone reader”

Candidates compare colleges on a phone in the evening. Tables that scroll sideways, forms with long field lists and buttons too close together lose them. Each page is built for the small screen first and then widened for a desktop, never the other way round.

  • “The application form is a stage of its own”

A long form with every document upfront loses candidates halfway. Ask only what is needed to start, save the progress, and let admissions reach the candidate while the form is still open on the phone.

What we do

What we deliver for management colleges.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure by programme and specialisation

Programmes, specialisations, fees, recruiters, faculty, campus and admissions each get a clear place in the menu.

Result: A candidate reaches any programme in few taps.

  2. Programme pages with eligibility and full fee

Each page lists accepted tests, eligibility, curriculum outline, fee and the next step.

Result: Every programme can be understood without a download.

  3. Recruiter, faculty and projects pages

Pages present recruiters who agreed to be named, faculty profiles and live projects, each with a source.

Result: The proof a candidate looks for sits on pages, not slides.

  4. A short application and enquiry form

The form asks for name, phone, test, score and programme, connects to the CRM and tags the source.

Result: Every enquiry lands in admissions with its source.

  5. Phone-first design and speed checks

Layouts, images and fonts are set for small screens, and slow pages are corrected.

Result: Pages read cleanly on a mid-range phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these management colleges.

  • PGDM institutes run by a trust
  • MBA departments inside a university
  • Autonomous business schools attached to an engineering college
  • BBA and BMS colleges feeding into an MBA
  • Executive and weekend MBA programmes for working professionals
  • Colleges with specialisations in HR, finance, marketing or business analytics
  • Business schools with a strong family-business or entrepreneurship stream
  • Newer management colleges still building a recruiter list

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we rebuild the site or fix the current one?
We look first at what the current site does well. If the structure and pages are sound, we fix them. If the platform blocks the changes you need, we say so and propose a rebuild.
Who writes the content?
We draft it with your admissions, placement and faculty teams. Your office then confirms every fee, approval and recruiter claim in writing, and nothing is published until that confirmation is in the file.
Can we update the site ourselves?
Yes. We build it so that admissions can change dates, fees and notices without calling a developer, while programme pages and the approval wording stay under review by your office before any change goes live.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
