Management colleges · Education
Put your MBA and PGDM in front of candidates who already hold a CAT, MAT or CMAT score.
A final-year engineering student in Pune holds a CMAT score and a list of twelve colleges. Each college site gets checked for two things: what the fee comes to in lakhs over two years and which companies came to campus last year. A college that buries both gives the student a reason to close the tab.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph
Management college marketing is how a business school offering MBA, PGDM or BBA programmes is found and shortlisted by candidates and their families. Management college sales turns an enquiry into a campus conversation, an application and an enrolled batch. GullySales builds both around entrance scores, recruiter relationships and the candidate's own fear of a poor return on the fee.
An MBA or PGDM is a large expense for the family and a career bet for the candidate. The college is selling a route to a job, but it cannot honestly promise one. What it can do is show its recruiters, its faculty and its alumni plainly, and answer every enquiry as if the money were the family's whole savings.

How buyers decide
How management colleges are chosen.
Candidates shortlist from the entrance score they hold: CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT or a state test. They then check the college's approval status, the fee for the full programme, the faculty and the recruiters who visited. Approval comes from AICTE or the university depending on the programme, a PGDM is not the same as a university MBA degree, and rules on how rankings may be quoted differ by body and change, so check them before putting any claim on a page.
Working professionals look for executive and weekend programmes and care more about timing, location and what their employer will reimburse. Fresh graduates look at placements and hostels. The two buyers read different pages and call at different times of year.
A candidate with a score applies to several colleges and may pay a seat fee at the first that offers. A reply that carries a personal interview slot gives the college a better chance of the application. The group discussion and personal interview rounds are where a lukewarm candidate meets the faculty and decides.
The problem
What usually goes wrong for management colleges.
What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.
“We cannot show recruiters without risking a false claim”
The page either says nothing or names companies loosely. The placement office has a clean list of who visited, but it never reaches the website.
“Candidates apply, then vanish before the interview”
Application forms are collected and no one calls the same day. By the time admissions rings, the candidate has an offer elsewhere.
“Our fee page frightens people”
The fee, deposit and instalments are listed as a table with no explanation of loans or scholarships, so candidates do not scroll further.
“Executive programme enquiries never get a reply”
These come through LinkedIn and email, to a different inbox from the main admissions desk.
“We are compared to ten colleges and cannot say why we are different”
Faculty profiles, industry projects and the college's own specialisations are on a PDF, not on a searchable page.
“We pay for lead lists that never convert”
Bought lists of entrance test takers produce calls to candidates who never asked for us, and we cannot say which ones joined.
What we do
What we do for management colleges.
Everything included for management colleges.
A programme page for each course and each specialisation
MBA, PGDM, BBA and executive programmes each have a page with the eligibility, accepted test scores, the specialisations and the full fee in lakhs.
A recruiter and industry page
A factual page built with your placement office, naming companies that agreed to be named, kinds of roles and internships, without invented figures.
A fee and funding explainer
A plain page on the total fee, deposits, instalments and loan options your office can confirm.
An application follow-up routine
Every started application is logged, assigned to a named person in admissions, and carries an interview slot to offer on the first call.
A faculty and projects page
Faculty with their teaching areas, live projects with companies and the college's own research, written in the faculty's words.
A separate enquiry route for executives
A form and LinkedIn message route for working professionals, answered by someone who knows the evening and weekend timetable.
How the result is measured
- Enquiries by source and by programme
- Time from application start to first call
- Interview slots booked and attended
- Applications converted to paid enrolments
- Seats filled against intake, by programme
- Cost per enrolled student by source
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Beyond search
Where we reach buyers of management colleges, beyond Google.
Search matters, but it is rarely the only way this industry's buyers find a supplier.
Engineering and degree college final-year students
A list of the colleges in your region whose final-year students take management tests, with a talk or workshop offer written for their placement cells.
Entrance test coaching centres
CAT and MAT coaching centres teach the students sitting these tests. A partnership note and a tracking link show which centre sent whom.

Who it is for

- PGDM institutes run by a trust
- MBA departments inside a university
- Autonomous business schools attached to an engineering college
- BBA and BMS colleges feeding into an MBA
- Executive and weekend MBA programmes for working professionals
- Colleges with specialisations in HR, finance, marketing or business analytics
- Business schools with a strong family-business or entrepreneurship stream
- Newer management colleges still building a recruiter list
Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
- You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
- You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.
How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
How the work runs for management colleges
- 1
List each programme's buyer and approvals
Each programme is listed with who buys it, the entrance scores accepted and the approvals your office holds.
- 2
Audit the last two admission cycles
Applicants are traced to their source, with reply times and the stage at which candidates dropped.
- 3
Plan around the test calendar
Result dates for each test set the plan, with a separate path for executives.
- 4
Build the pages and the follow-up
Programme pages, the recruiter page, the fee explainer and the application routine are written with admissions and placements.
- 5
Count enrolments by programme
Enquiries, applications, interviews and enrolments are counted by programme against the earlier cycles.
Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
One office, and we say so
Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Engagement options
Ways to work with us.
Pick the size of commitment that fits. Every option starts with your brief and a conversation.
Option 1
The conversation on its own
A call after you send your brief. It says honestly whether you need outside help, and many fixes are ones your own team can make.
Option 2
One fix, scoped
Start with the fix that matters most, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.
Option 3
An ongoing programme
We run the work, report against the baseline, and you renew on the numbers. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing first.
Option 4
Guidance for your own team or agency
We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.
