Management colleges · Digital marketing

Plan the year around the test calendar and spend where candidates enrol.

Digital marketing for a management college is the combination of search, social, email, LinkedIn and webinars that moves a candidate from first search to an enrolled seat. GullySales builds the plan by programme and tests it against enrolments, not clicks.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For management colleges

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The admission year is a calendar of results”

Test results, application windows, interview rounds and seat-fee dates set when candidates are listening. A plan that spends evenly across the year spends too little when attention peaks and too much when it does not.

  • “Spend should follow the programme with spare seats”

A programme with unfilled places needs reach and reasons to apply. A programme close to full needs only follow-up. Budget shared equally across programmes fails both, so the plan starts from the seat position your office reports for each programme.

  • “Clicks are a poor judge of an admission”

A campaign that fills the call list with unqualified names looks cheap and costs admissions time. The measure is enrolled students by source, which needs the CRM tagged from the first click. Each channel in the plan therefore earns its share by that measure.

  • “Advertising by institutions has rules”

Rules on how colleges may advertise, and how rankings, approvals and placements are quoted, differ by state and body. Every claim in an advert should have a source line in your files. Check with your own adviser, and the platforms' current rules, before launch.

What we do

What we deliver for management colleges.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan by programme and season

The plan sets channels, messages and pages for each programme against the test and admission calendar.

Result: You can see what runs, for whom and when, programme by programme.

  2. Search campaigns for programme and specialisation terms

Campaigns are built around the searches candidates use, each landing on the matching programme page.

Result: Each campaign has a page written for its searches.

  3. LinkedIn and email for executive programmes

Targeted posts, messages and an email series offer a conversation with the programme head.

Result: Executive enquiries have their own route and owner.

  4. Webinars with faculty

Topic, slides, invitation message and reminders are prepared for sessions that answer candidate questions.

Result: A candidate can meet the faculty before applying.

  5. A cost per enrolled student report

Spend and enrolments are joined by source and programme, using the tags in the CRM.

Result: The college sees which channels filled seats.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these management colleges.

  • PGDM institutes run by a trust
  • MBA departments inside a university
  • Autonomous business schools attached to an engineering college
  • BBA and BMS colleges feeding into an MBA
  • Executive and weekend MBA programmes for working professionals
  • Colleges with specialisations in HR, finance, marketing or business analytics
  • Business schools with a strong family-business or entrepreneurship stream
  • Newer management colleges still building a recruiter list

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How should we split the budget?
By programme need and by the stage of the season, using the seats your office reports as open. We propose a split and revise it as enrolments are counted against each source.
Do we need all channels?
No. Choose the few that reach your buyers and can be tracked to an enrolment. A small set run well gives clearer results than a wide set run thinly.
What do you report on?
Enquiries, interviews, offers and enrolments by programme and source, with spend beside them. We report what your records show and say plainly where the data is incomplete.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
