Pharmacy colleges · Local SEO

Make the campus easy to find on the map for families who plan a visit.

Local SEO for a pharmacy college is the care of your Google Business Profile and map listing, so a family searching nearby sees the campus, its address and its phone line. GullySales works on the profile, the directions and the way visitors are handled once they arrive.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For pharmacy colleges

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Families travel to see the campus”

A parent comparing colleges plans a day trip. The map listing is the first thing they open on the way, so a wrong pin or a closed gate on the listing loses the visit.

  • “Two blocks, one name”

A college may hold a main block, a pharmacy block and a hostel. If each has its own pin with a different name, visitors reach the wrong gate and arrive late and annoyed.

  • “The listing shows office hours the college no longer keeps”

Admission desks shift hours in counselling season. A listing that says closed while the desk is open sends the family to the next college.

  • “Photographs on the map decide the first impression”

The pack of images on the listing is sometimes the only lab photograph a family sees before booking. Dark or stock photographs say nothing about your college.

What we do

What we deliver for pharmacy colleges.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A verified profile with the correct pin

One listing for the campus with the right entrance, the admission desk named and the phone number that is actually answered.

Result: A family following the map reaches the admission desk.

  2. Opening hours for admission season

Regular hours, special hours for counselling dates and holidays, entered and reviewed whenever the desk changes its timing.

Result: The listing matches the door.

  3. Photographs from the labs and the library

A shoot-day plan for real images of labs, equipment, classrooms and the hostel, with consent for any person in frame.

Result: Visitors see the college before they arrive.

  4. Questions and answers on the listing

Answers to the questions families ask: how to reach the campus by bus, where to park, whom to meet.

Result: The routine phone questions are answered in public.

  5. Reply handling for reviews

A written reply to each review that names no student and gives no health or result claim, sent by one person on behalf of the college.

Result: Reviewers see that the college reads and answers.

  6. Call and direction counts

The listing's own count of calls, direction requests and website taps, read against the baseline.

Result: You can tell whether the listing sends visitors.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we ask students to write reviews?
You can invite students and parents to share honest experience, with no reward and no pressure. Check the platform's current rules, and never write reviews on anyone's behalf.
Who owns the listing if the old admin left?
Ownership has to be claimed and verified by the college. We help with the steps, using an official college contact, and the platform decides whether the claim is accepted.
Should the hostel have its own listing?
If it has its own address and a phone line that someone answers, yes. Otherwise mention it on the campus listing and keep the names the same.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
