Pharmacy colleges · Website

Build a site where a parent finds the course, the labs and the visit in three taps.

A website for a pharmacy college is the page set that tells students and parents what you teach, what the labs hold and how to visit. GullySales designs and writes it around each programme, with every statement checked against your documents.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For pharmacy colleges

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The prospectus PDF is the whole site”

Some college sites are a banner, a few paragraphs and a download link. Parents on a phone cannot read it, and search engines cannot see inside it.

  • “Programmes hidden behind menus”

A student looking for D.Pharm must open three menus. If the programmes are not on the home page, a family on mobile data gives up.

  • “Labs described, not shown”

A line saying well-equipped labs tells a parent nothing. Photographs of the pharmaceutics lab, the instruments room and the dispensing practice area do.

  • “Fee and approval pages that dodge the question”

A parent wants the fee and the recognition position. A page that says contact us for everything feels evasive; a page stating what the office has confirmed, with a place to check, feels honest.

What we do

What we deliver for pharmacy colleges.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built on programmes

Home, one page per programme, labs, faculty, campus, hostel, admissions and contact, in that order of importance.

Result: A family reaches any programme in a few taps.

  2. Programme pages with proof

Eligibility and duration as your office confirms, lab details, faculty names and a visit button on each page.

Result: Each course answers the first questions on its own.

  3. A lab and campus gallery

Photographs and short clips from a campus day, captioned with what is shown.

Result: Parents see the college as it is.

  4. An admissions page that works on a phone

A short form, a call button, a WhatsApp button and a map pin.

Result: Every route to admissions is one tap.

  5. Technical foundations

Light pages on mobile, readable text, accessible colours and secure pages.

Result: The site works for the families who use it.

  6. A page-update routine

A named person who changes dates, fees and notices when the office changes them.

Result: The site never shows last year's counselling dates.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these pharmacy colleges.

  • B.Pharm colleges attached to a trust or a medical education society
  • D.Pharm institutes that mainly serve students from small towns
  • Pharm.D programmes linked to a teaching hospital
  • M.Pharm departments in pharmaceutics, pharmacology and quality assurance
  • Pharmacy colleges inside a multi-faculty university
  • Colleges in industrial belts near pharma factories
  • Colleges that depend on management-quota admissions
  • New pharmacy colleges that have not yet graduated a full batch

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we rebuild or fix the current site?
Look at the audit first. If the structure is sound, fix pages and content. If the programmes are buried and the design cannot be edited, rebuild.
Can we show approval logos?
Only those the issuing body allows and your office can document, placed with a note on where to verify. Advertising rules differ by profession and state.
Who updates the site?
A trained member of your staff can edit text and notices. GullySales handles structure and larger changes.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
