Pharmacy colleges · Education
Show D.Pharm, B.Pharm and Pharm.D families your labs before they choose a seat.
A father in Davangere has a son's PCB result and two sets of brochures on the table, one for B.Pharm and one for a B.Sc. The question at home is whether the pharmacy college has its own labs, a working pharmacology unit and tie-ups with factories nearby.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph
Pharmacy college marketing is how a college offering D.Pharm, B.Pharm, Pharm.D or M.Pharm is found by students and parents who want a pharma career. Pharmacy college sales turns each enquiry into a lab visit and a paid seat. GullySales builds course pages, a counselling-season reply routine and an honest account of what the college does with its students.
The college that puts its lab photographs and its industrial visit list on a single page gets the phone call. Pharmacy students are choosing a route into a manufacturing industry, hospitals and drug shops. Families with a chemist in the family also have opinions about the college. The enquiry therefore arrives from two kinds of people: the student, who reads the course, and the parent, who reads the fee and the recognition.

How buyers decide
How pharmacy colleges are chosen.
Choice runs through state CET counselling for B.Pharm, a diploma route for D.Pharm after Class 12, and a smaller set of direct admissions in management seats. A student who writes to you during counselling already holds a rank and a shortlist. A student who writes before results is still choosing between pharmacy and other science courses.
Families look at recognition by the pharmacy council and the state university first, then the labs, then the college's record of industrial training. The visit settles it, because a pharmacy lab is a place where they can see whether the equipment is used or only shown. Approval, seat counts and affiliation rules differ by state and change, so check them with your own council before they go on a page.
D.Pharm, B.Pharm and M.Pharm students are different buyers. A D.Pharm student wants to open or work in a shop soon, a B.Pharm student is thinking of a pharma company, and an M.Pharm student looks at research and teaching. The same page cannot speak to all three.
The problem
What usually goes wrong for pharmacy colleges.
What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.
“Students think pharmacy is the same everywhere”
Without a page that says what your labs, library and industry training actually are, the college competes on fee alone.
“We lose D.Pharm students to a college that called first”
These students decide fast after Class 12, and the college whose phone rang first is the one they remember.
“Our B.Pharm page is a copy of the university prospectus”
It lists subjects but not the labs, the visits or the staff. Parents cannot see what is different about your college.
“M.Pharm seats are barely filled”
Postgraduate students are found through GPAT scores and former colleagues, and no one at the college has the list.
“We cannot tell which source gave us the students who joined”
The management spends on newspaper notices, a search campaign and two consultants and has no count by source.
“Parents ask about jobs and we give a vague answer”
Without a list of what the college has really arranged, such as visits and training with named companies, the answer sounds like every other college's.

Worth a page and a campaign of their own
B.Pharm admissions through state counselling · D.Pharm intake after Class 12 science · Pharm.D enquiries linked to hospital training · M.Pharm and GPAT-scoring candidates · Lab and equipment pages with real photographs · Industrial visit and training tie-ups described factually · Parents' visit days with a lab walk-through · Lateral entry of D.Pharm holders into B.Pharm · Pharmacist families who already know the trade · Scholarship and fee-instalment information kept current
Priority campaigns
Campaigns for what pharmacy colleges most want to sell.
Each one planned around when your buyers decide, and measured against the baseline.
Class 12 science results campaign
Search and social ads aimed at B.Pharm and D.Pharm searches, with a landing page that shows the labs before the fee.
Lab open day for students and parents
A booked visit with a lab walk-through, a talk by a faculty member and a pharmacist alumnus who has agreed to appear.
D.Pharm outreach through chemists
A short brief for chemist shops and distributors in the district, whose own children and shop assistants may want a pharmacy diploma, with a card and a WhatsApp number.
GPAT and M.Pharm campaign
A page for M.Pharm specialisations and a message to B.Pharm graduates in the region.
Beyond search
Where we reach buyers of pharmacy colleges, beyond Google.
Search matters, but it is rarely the only way this industry's buyers find a supplier.
Junior college science teachers
A one-page guide on eligibility and dates, written for school counsellors and handed over before the results.
Chemist and druggist associations
Local bodies of chemists and distributors know families who want a pharmacist in the shop. The approach goes through the association, with your permission.
Hospital and factory training contacts
The people who accept your students for training can also recommend the college. A contact sheet records who they are and what each has agreed to.
Education consultants and counselling centres
A brief and a tracking code for each, so you know which ones bring joiners.
Current students and alumni
A short request for a referral, made only to those who are willing.

- Pharmacy colleges inside a multi-faculty university
- Colleges in industrial belts near pharma factories

Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
- You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
- You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.
How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
How the work runs for pharmacy colleges
- 1
Walk the labs and list every seat
The principal and the admissions in-charge go through the programmes, quotas and the labs that exist today.
- 2
Audit the last intake
Last year's joined students are traced back to how they first found you, which sources produced none and where families dropped out.
- 3
Set the plan to the counselling dates
D.Pharm, B.Pharm and M.Pharm each have a different decision window, and the pages, ads and messages are dated to match.
- 4
Write the course pages and first-reply scripts
Course pages, lab pages, the enquiry list and the scripts are written with the admission staff.
- 5
Count against the baseline
Seats, visits and sources are recorded course by course against what was counted before work started.
Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
One office, and we say so
Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Engagement options
Ways to work with us.
Pick the size of commitment that fits. Every option starts with your brief and a conversation.
Option 1
The conversation on its own
A call after you send your brief. It says honestly whether you need outside help, and many fixes are ones your own team can make.
Option 2
One fix, scoped
Start with the fix that matters most, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.
Option 3
An ongoing programme
We run the work, report against the baseline, and you renew on the numbers. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing first.
Option 4
Guidance for your own team or agency
We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.
Your brief
Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.
