Pharmacy colleges · Digital marketing

Plan search, ads, WhatsApp and your site around the dates families decide.

Digital marketing for a pharmacy college is the joined-up plan of website, search, ads, social channels and messaging aimed at the admission calendar. GullySales sets the plan against your seats and counts results at the fee counter.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For pharmacy colleges

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels work alone and fail together”

A search ad sends a student to a page that loads slowly, then the form goes to an unread inbox. Each channel looks busy and the seat stays empty.

  • “Spend follows the newspaper habit”

Some management boards still put the largest share of the budget into a newspaper notice because it has always been done. Without source counts, nobody knows whether search or school visits would have brought more.

  • “The calendar rules the plan”

D.Pharm, B.Pharm and M.Pharm decide at different times. Money spent in the wrong window reaches families who have already paid elsewhere.

  • “Seats differ in value and difficulty”

A full B.Pharm batch and a half-empty M.Pharm department need different plans. One blended target hides which programme needs attention.

What we do

What we deliver for pharmacy colleges.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A seat-by-seat plan

Each programme's seat count, the families who might enquire and the channel suited to them, agreed with the principal.

Result: Everyone knows which seats the work is aimed at.

  2. A campaign calendar

Pages, ads and messages dated to counselling and decision windows.

Result: Spend lands when families are choosing.

  3. Landing pages for each programme

Pages built for ads and search, with one form, one phone number and the lab evidence.

Result: Paid traffic arrives somewhere that can convert it.

  4. Tracking by source

Forms, numbers and links that tell search, social, school visits and consultants apart.

Result: You can read admissions by source.

  5. A review at the close of each admission window

A sit-down with the principal comparing seats, visits and sources with the baseline taken at the start.

Result: The next window starts from what was learned.

  6. A rule on claims

A short list of what the college may state about approval, affiliation and training, each checked against documents.

Result: Ads and pages carry nothing the office cannot prove.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these pharmacy colleges.

  • B.Pharm colleges attached to a trust or a medical education society
  • D.Pharm institutes that mainly serve students from small towns
  • Pharm.D programmes linked to a teaching hospital
  • M.Pharm departments in pharmaceutics, pharmacology and quality assurance
  • Pharmacy colleges inside a multi-faculty university
  • Colleges in industrial belts near pharma factories
  • Colleges that depend on management-quota admissions
  • New pharmacy colleges that have not yet graduated a full batch

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which channel should we start with?
Start where the families you already speak to are. For a local D.Pharm intake that means search and WhatsApp; for M.Pharm it may be direct contact with graduates.
What budget do we need?
It depends on seats, competition and the town. We set it after the audit of last intake, and we do not name a figure before seeing your numbers.
Do the advertising rules for education apply?
Yes, and they differ by profession and state. Check with your own council or adviser before publishing claims about approvals, results or jobs.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
