Pharmacy colleges · Social media

Post the lab, the lecture and the visit so families can see a college at work.

Social media marketing for a pharmacy college is showing campus life, labs and faculty on the channels where students and parents already spend time. GullySales works on what to post, who approves it and how a comment becomes an admission enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For pharmacy colleges

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Students and parents use different platforms”

A Class 12 student scrolls Instagram and YouTube. A parent reads WhatsApp forwards and Facebook. One post cannot do both jobs, so each audience needs its own reason to stop.

  • “Festival posters tell nobody anything”

A feed full of greetings and toppers' photographs says the college has a designer. A short film of a student preparing a formulation in the lab says what the course is.

  • “Student faces need consent”

Filming a lab practical is good material, but a student or a minor in frame needs written consent from the student or the family. Without it, the post is a risk to the college.

  • “Comments go unanswered in admission season”

A parent asks about the fee under a post and nobody replies for days. The next college replies the same hour and gets the visit.

What we do

What we deliver for pharmacy colleges.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan built on the course calendar

Posts matched to the admission cycle: before counselling, during the lab-visit period, and at the start of the session.

Result: Each post has a reason to appear on its date.

  2. Lab and campus clips

Short vertical clips of experiments, equipment, library and hostel, recorded in one campus day with permission from the people shown.

Result: You hold a bank of real clips, not stock footage.

  3. Faculty explainers

Short talks by a lecturer on a topic such as what pharmacology covers, written as an answer to a student's question.

Result: Parents see who teaches before they visit.

  4. A comment and message routine

A named person, a short script and a hand-over to admissions for any comment that asks about fees, seats or visits.

Result: Comments reach the admission desk as enquiries.

  5. A consent and approval sheet

A simple form for students and parents and a rule that the principal or a nominee approves each post that names a result, approval or affiliation.

Result: Nothing is published without a recorded yes.

  6. Reading posts against enquiries

A record of which posts brought messages, form fills or visit requests.

Result: You can drop the formats that bring nobody.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these pharmacy colleges.

  • B.Pharm colleges attached to a trust or a medical education society
  • D.Pharm institutes that mainly serve students from small towns
  • Pharm.D programmes linked to a teaching hospital
  • M.Pharm departments in pharmaceutics, pharmacology and quality assurance
  • Pharmacy colleges inside a multi-faculty university
  • Colleges in industrial belts near pharma factories
  • Colleges that depend on management-quota admissions
  • New pharmacy colleges that have not yet graduated a full batch

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the college run paid promotion?
Paid promotion makes sense when a programme has a page and a reply routine behind it. Without those, spend only produces comments no one answers.
Can students post on behalf of the college?
A student ambassador can share campus life with a written brief and your approval. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own council or adviser.
Do we need a presence on every platform?
No. Choose the two where your students already are and keep them answered. An abandoned account harms more than a missing one.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
