State board schools · Website

Give families a site that says medium, fees and admission steps on a phone.

A website for a state board school is the school's official page on the internet, holding the facts a parent needs before they visit: classes, medium, fee headings, timings and the way to get a seat. GullySales designs a plain, mobile-friendly site that the school's own office can update.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For state board schools

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Visitors arrive on a phone”

A parent opens the school's page on a small screen, perhaps with a weak signal. Heavy images and tiny text drive them away. A light page with a big phone button works better.

  • “The site must be updated by the office”

A site that only the designer can change goes out of date. Dates, notices and photographs should be editable by a trained staff member without a call to anyone.

  • “Regional-language visitors need a page they can read”

A school that teaches in the state language should show that language on the site. A visitor who cannot read the page assumes the school is not for them.

  • “Recognition and affiliation details must be accurate”

A parent may look for the school's recognition details. State them exactly as in the school's own papers, and check the wording with your management, because rules differ by state.

What we do

What we deliver for state board schools.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A clear home page

A home page naming the school, its board, its medium or media, and the town, with a tappable phone number.

Result: A visitor learns what the school is on one screen.

  2. An admissions page

Dates, documents, fee headings and the contact person, written as text with the printable card attached.

Result: The page matches the notice board.

  3. A page for each stage

Short pages for the primary, upper primary and senior classes describing what the school offers at each.

Result: A parent for Class 8 finds a page written for Class 8.

  4. A photo and facilities page

Real photographs of classrooms, laboratory, library and playground, with captions.

Result: The page shows the school as it is today.

  5. An office-updatable notice area

A simple place where the office posts dated notices and removes old ones.

Result: Last year's notice no longer sits at the top.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a large site?
No. A few well-kept pages are better than neglected ones. The home, admissions, stages, facilities and contact pages cover what parents look for.
Who owns the site?
The school should. The domain and the site's login belong to the management, and we hand over the details so the school is never dependent on us.
Can we include a fee table?
Include the fee headings your management is willing to publish and keep them dated. Check the wording with your management, because fee rules differ by state.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
