Tally and accounting institutes · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp to answer the family's question in the same chat where they asked it.

WhatsApp marketing for a Tally and accounting institute is the use of a business number to answer enquiries, share batch details and keep in touch with people who have agreed to hear from the institute. GullySales sets up the account, the replies and the lists with your desk.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For tally and accounting institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Students and parents already live in WhatsApp”

A student sends a message to ask about the course before ever calling. A parent forwards the poster to a relative. An institute that answers there, with the fee, the timing and the demo date, meets people where they are.

  • “A forwarded poster is the cheapest advertisement and the easiest to get wrong”

A poster with a wrong date or an old fee keeps travelling after it is out of date. Every poster needs a start date, a version mark and a person who withdraws it when the batch closes.

  • “A broadcast to people who did not ask is a complaint waiting”

Adding a stranger to a group or sending an unasked message to a list brings blocks and reports. Only message those who have given their number to you and agreed to hear from the institute.

  • “A reply that arrives a day later has lost the enquiry”

A family who messages two institutes picks the one that answers. Clear, prompt replies matter, so a named person and a few saved answers matter more than a clever campaign.

What we do

What we deliver for tally and accounting institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business profile

A business account with the institute's name, address, hours, course list and a catalogue of batches.

Result: A new contact sees a proper profile, not a personal number.

  2. Saved replies for common questions

Ready answers on fee, software version, timing, demo class and documents needed, written in plain words and checked by the owner.

Result: The desk answers consistently and promptly.

  3. Opt-in lists by interest

Lists of people who agreed to hear about a course, kept separate for students, clerks, homemakers and firms.

Result: A GST batch message goes only to those who asked about GST.

  4. Batch announcement templates

Short messages with the course, start date, timing, fee and how to reserve a seat.

Result: An announcement carries the facts and one clear next step.

  5. A poster withdrawal routine

A way to mark posters with a date and to send a replacement when details change.

Result: Old posters stop circulating with wrong details.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we add students to a group?
Ask first. Add people who have agreed, tell them what the group is for and let them leave easily. A group of strangers soon goes quiet or turns hostile.
Do we need the official business API?
Not at the start. The Business app is enough for a small institute. If you need automated replies or several senders, consider the official route and check the platform's current rules and costs.
Can we send messages to old students?
Only to those who agreed to hear from you. A short note about a new batch or a GST update is reasonable for that group. Give an easy way to stop, and respect it at once.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step
