Online education and EdTech companies · Website

Build a site where the parent finds the teacher, the fee and the demo slot.

A website for an EdTech company is the set of course pages, fee explanations and booking steps a learner or parent reads before a counsellor ever calls. GullySales builds the pages around the questions your counsellors answer on every call, and checks them on a phone first.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For online education and EdTech companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page is a catalogue, the buyer wants one course”

A visitor who came for Class 10 science does not want to scroll past coding bootcamps. Each course needs its own address and a clear route to it from the ad.

  • “The fee sits behind a callback”

A learner who must give a number to see the fee leaves for the rival that prints it. State the fee, the instalments and the refund terms in plain words, and offer the call as a choice.

  • “It works on a laptop and fails on a phone”

Learners and parents browse on a phone, on mobile data, at night. A heavy page, a demo form with too many fields or a payment step that breaks loses the booking.

  • “The teachers are strangers”

A parent paying for a child's tuition wants to see who teaches: qualification, subjects, a sample lesson. A strip of logos tells them nothing about the person who will sit with the child.

What we do

What we deliver for online education and EdTech companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Course page layout

One layout for every course with syllabus, schedule, recording policy, instructor profile, fee and demo form.

Result: A new course launches on a page that answers the same questions.

  2. Instructor and sample lesson pages

A profile for each teacher with qualifications, subjects and a lesson the visitor can watch before enquiring.

Result: A parent meets the teacher before paying.

  3. Fee, instalment and refund page

A plain explanation of what the learner pays, the instalment options and the written refund terms.

Result: Refund questions are answered before the payment.

  4. Demo booking flow

A short form, a choice of slot and a WhatsApp confirmation, tested on a phone.

Result: A booking can be made on a phone in one sitting.

  5. Phone and speed checks

Images, video embeds and scripts checked on a mobile connection, with heavy items cut or deferred.

Result: Pages open on an ordinary phone connection.

  6. Tracking on every form

Each form and button records its course and source and passes them to the CRM.

Result: Every enquiry arrives with its origin.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Give every course search a page that answers it.

Class 10 science online classes
Build a page for the class and board with the teacher, the batch timing and a demo slot, not a link into a catalogue of every course.
Course name syllabus
Show the syllabus as readable text on the course page. A download behind a form sends the learner to a rival who prints it openly.
Course name fees and instalments
A plain fee section with the instalment plan and the refund terms. The learner who finds the number here does not need a callback to continue.
Online coding bootcamp refund policy
Link a clear refund page from the course page. The searcher is close to paying and wants to know what happens if the batch does not suit.
Instructor name classes
A profile page with qualifications, subjects taught and a sample lesson, so a parent searching for the teacher reaches your site and not a social post.

Who it is for

This is written for these online education and EdTech companies.

  • Test-prep and exam coaching platforms (JEE, NEET, UPSC, banking, CA)
  • K-12 live tutoring and doubt-solving apps
  • Upskilling and job-oriented course providers
  • Coding and data bootcamps
  • Spoken English and language-learning apps
  • Corporate training and L&D providers
  • Skill and vocational course platforms
  • Learning management system and school software vendors
  • Hybrid providers with both online batches and a learning centre

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your fee, refund and instalment terms are still being decided, so any page that states them would be rewritten straight away.
  • You have no instructor profiles or syllabus to put on a page, so the course pages would be thin.
  • Nobody will own the demo booking form after launch, so bookings could sit unseen while learners wait.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we build a website or rely on the app?
They do different jobs. The app serves the enrolled learner and the website serves the person still deciding. A parent who cannot read the syllabus on a page will not install the app to find it.
Can the site show results and testimonials?
Only with documents you hold and consent on record, and for a minor a parent's consent. Advertising rules for education differ, so check with your own adviser, and leave out rank, score or job claims you cannot back.
Do we need a separate site for each course?
No. One site with a page for each course, each at its own address, is easier to keep up and lets the pages support each other. A separate site suits only a distinct brand.
Where should the learner login sit in relation to the marketing site?
Keep the login and class area on its own address, and the course pages on the main site. Search engines read the course pages freely, while a login area should stay private. Choose the structure before launch, because moving a live learner area later breaks the links students have saved.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
