Home loan providers · Website

Build a site where a buyer finds the right page and the right branch.

A website for a home loan provider is the set of pages that explain products, documents and branches and collect enquiries in a form a loan officer can use. GullySales works on borrower-type pages, branch pages, one rate page and forms that feed the enquiry register.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For home loan providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Visitors arrive with a situation”

A visitor is a salaried buyer, a plot owner or a person weighing a transfer. A home page that lists every product sends them hunting. Navigation by situation lets each visitor reach the right page quickly in a few taps.

  • “The phone is the main screen”

Visitors read on a phone, sometimes on patchy data. A page that loads slowly or hides the phone number behind a form loses the visit. Keep the call button and the checklist near the top.

  • “Forms should ask little”

A long first form asks for papers the borrower does not yet have. Ask for name, number, borrower type and property stage, then collect papers by message once a person has called.

  • “Claims need a compliance read”

Pages about rates, eligibility and approvals are regulated content, and the rules differ and change. Keep figures on one page, avoid outcome promises and have your compliance head approve the text.

What we do

What we deliver for home loan providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page map by borrower type

A site structure with a page for each borrower type, property stage and branch.

Result: A visitor reaches the right page in a couple of taps.

  2. Branch pages

A page per branch with address, map, phone, timings, localities served and a document checklist.

Result: Each branch is findable and callable from its own page.

  3. Single rate and charges page

One page owned by your compliance team, linked everywhere a rate would otherwise be repeated.

Result: A rate changes on one page.

  4. Short enquiry forms

Forms that capture contact, borrower type and property stage, and send the entry to the register with its source.

Result: A form entry arrives complete enough to call.

  5. Calculator and checklist tools

An EMI calculator and a document checklist for each borrower type, working well on a phone.

Result: A visitor leaves with a number and a list.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we rebuild or fix the current site?
Look first at what exists. If pages by borrower type, branch details and forms are missing, we can add them to the current site. A rebuild is worth considering only when the structure blocks that work.
Do we need a separate NRI section?
If your NRI desk takes applications, yes. NRI borrowers search from abroad, ask about documents and powers of attorney, and need a page that states what your desk accepts, approved by your compliance head.
How is the site kept up to date?
We assign an owner to each page, especially rates, charges and eligibility, and set a recheck date. Pages with figures that nobody owns are the ones that go stale and cause complaints.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
