Motor insurance agencies · Lead generation

Find vehicle owners while the policy is still open, before a portal reaches them.

Lead generation for a motor insurance agency means finding owners at the moment a policy is bought, transferred or close to expiry, rather than collecting names with no vehicle behind them. GullySales works on the sources, the registration-number form and the record that tells your team whose turn it is to call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For motor insurance agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A motor lead is a vehicle with a date behind it”

A person who says they want insurance is not yet a lead for your callers. A registration number, a previous insurer and an expiry date are. A source that cannot hand you those three things fills the sheet with names nobody can act on.

  • “Showrooms, yards and RTO agents each hold a different moment”

The showroom holds the buyer for the first policy, the used-car yard holds the buyer at transfer of ownership, and the RTO agent meets the owner at registration. Each needs a reason to pass on a number, and the owner's consent comes first.

  • “One transporter is one lead carrying many vehicles”

A goods operator or school bus owner arrives as a single enquiry with a notebook of permit dates and drivers. The lead is worth having only when every vehicle is on your register with its own date, so the first call collects them.

  • “A comparison form is filled in for several agents at once”

An owner who typed a number into a portal form has asked more than one agent. The agency that replies with a clear quote and the add-ons named is the one the owner remembers. The form itself gives you no edge.

What we do

What we deliver for motor insurance agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A registration-number enquiry form

A short form and a WhatsApp prompt asking for the vehicle number, the previous insurer and any claim in the last year.

Result: Every enquiry reaches your team with the vehicle and the expiry date already filled in.

  2. Source tracking by vehicle type

Each enquiry is tagged as a two-wheeler, private car, taxi, goods carrier or bus, and by where it came from.

Result: You can see which source brings which kind of vehicle, and which bring none.

  3. A dealer and yard hand-over sheet

A one-page sheet for showroom desks and used-car yards that records the buyer's consent to share a number and the vehicle details.

Result: The desk fills one line per vehicle and your caller has what is needed to quote.

  4. A fleet intake sheet

A downloadable sheet for transporters and bus operators listing registration, permit date and driver for every vehicle.

Result: A fleet owner's notebook becomes rows in your register.

  5. An owner for each lead

A rule that names who calls each enquiry and records the outcome against the vehicle.

Result: No enquiry sits unassigned, and a lost one carries a reason.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we buy lists of vehicle owners?
No. Bought lists carry no consent and no reliable expiry date, and data protection rules apply to how you use a number. Build your own register from owners who have dealt with you or who agreed to be contacted.
Which source should we start with?
Start with the owners already in your files, because each has a vehicle and a date. Dealer and yard tie-ups come next, since they need visits and the other party's agreement. Check what your insurer permits you to say in each.
Can you promise a number of leads?
No. Enquiries depend on your area, your insurers and the owners who respond. We build the sources and the record, and what arrives is counted against the baseline written down before the work begins.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
