NBFCs · Website

Build a site that shows who you are, what you lend and how to apply.

A website for an NBFC is the page a borrower, a partner and a regulator-minded reader check to confirm the company is real and the loan fits. GullySales works on the product pages, the trust details and the enquiry form that feeds your register.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For NBFCs

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The borrower checks before calling”

Someone given your name by a dealer opens the site on a phone. If it takes long to load or hides the registered details, the call they were about to make does not happen.

  • “One page for every loan confuses”

A trader, a two-wheeler buyer and a gold loan customer share a home page. Each needs to find their product in a tap and see eligibility, documents and next step in their own words.

  • “The form decides whether the enquiry is useful”

A form that asks only for name and number yields files you cannot assess. A short form with purpose, city and income type gives the caller a head start and a filter.

  • “Partners use the site too”

A DSA or dealer checks the site for products, documents and a contact. A partner page with a clear way to register saves repeated calls to your office.

What we do

What we deliver for NBFCs.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Product pages for each loan

A page per product with who it is for, the documents and the steps, without claims your compliance head has not cleared.

Result: The borrower finds their own loan in one tap.

  2. A trust section

Registered name, address, regulator registration details you provide, grievance contact and privacy notice, in the footer and on a clear page.

Result: A visitor can verify the company.

  3. An enquiry form linked to the register

A short form with purpose, city and income type, sending each entry with its source to the CRM.

Result: Every enquiry arrives as a tagged file.

  4. A partner page

Information for DSAs and dealers, with a registration form and a product sheet.

Result: Partners can start without a call.

  5. Speed and mobile checks

Pages tested on a mid-range phone and a weak connection, with images reduced in size.

Result: The site works where your borrowers are.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show interest rates?
Decide with your compliance head or adviser. Disclosure rules differ by product and change, so we build the space and leave the figures to the people accountable for them.
Can the site offer online application?
It can start one, collecting the first details and papers. Underwriting and sanction stay in your system. We design the handover so no borrower enters the same details twice.
How do we keep the site current?
Name an owner for each page, such as the product head. We set a simple change routine so withdrawn schemes and new documents are updated when they change.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
