Banks · Digital marketing

Connect search, the branch and the app so a customer's journey does not break halfway.

Digital marketing for a bank means search visibility, app store presence, social media and advertising working together with the branch and call centre. A customer who reads about a home loan at ten at night should be able to finish the application, or be called back about it. GullySales joins the online research to what the branch actually does next.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Realistic editorial illustration of banks at work in India

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For banks

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Digital research usually ends in an offline action for a bank”

A customer researching a home loan online very often finishes the process at a branch. Digital marketing needs to hand off cleanly to branch staff, not treat the online journey as the whole story.

  • “Compliance shapes what digital marketing can promise”

A bank cannot make the same broad claims a retail advertiser might, so digital content needs to be accurate about rates and terms from the first message a customer sees.

  • “App and website should tell the same story”

A customer who researches a scheme on the website and then opens the app expects consistent information, and any mismatch damages trust in both channels.

What we do

What we deliver for banks.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Connected plan across search, app and branch

A single plan naming which searches, app store presence and social channels feed into a branch or call centre handoff, not managed as separate silos.

Result: A customer's digital research leads somewhere, instead of dead-ending online.

  2. Compliance-checked messaging across channels

A review step confirming every digital channel states rates and terms accurately, since a bank cannot make the broad claims a retail advertiser might.

Result: What a customer reads online matches what a branch actually offers.

  3. Consistency check between app and website

A comparison of scheme information on the website and the app, so a customer sees the same detail on both.

Result: A mismatch between the app and the website never damages trust.

  4. Priority gap identified in the first conversation

A named starting point, such as a slow branch handoff or an outdated scheme page, chosen from what we find is costing the most enquiries.

Result: Effort starts where it actually costs you enquiries today.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where a branch starts

A bank branch starts with listings that match the products and timings it offers today.

Branch Business Profile
Correct the address, hours, products and the services available at the counter. Count the calls and direction requests per branch.
A page for each loan or deposit product
Write a plain page for home loans, vehicle loans, or the Kisan credit offer, with documents needed and the branch to visit. Use wording your compliance team has cleared.
One enquiry log from branch to loan desk
Record each enquiry from the counter, the DSA, WhatsApp and the website with its product and who followed it up.
After-hours reply
Set a message for NRI and late-night enquiries that says when a person will answer and offers a booking link. Note how many reach the loan desk.
Review replies
Reply to reviews in the branch's name, without sharing any account detail. Pass service complaints to the branch manager and record the outcome.
What to leave until later
Leave social media campaigns and paid ads until the profile is correct and the enquiry log is used. Advertising for a product the branch cannot explain loses the customer.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should we start?
With whichever gap we find costs you the most enquiries, often a slow branch handoff or an outdated scheme page, before expanding into new channels.
How is this different from marketing at a retail brand?
Compliance, accuracy and the offline handoff to a branch or a loan officer all matter more here than in most consumer marketing.
Who approves what a branch can post online?
Your bank's compliance or marketing head decides this, and the rule differs between banks and categories. Ask for the approved wording of each product and the list of what a branch may post itself. Keep that list at the branch.
Should a branch have its own social media account?
Usually the head office runs the main accounts and the branch manages its Business Profile, reviews and local WhatsApp. Ask head office what is allowed. If a branch account is permitted, give it a named owner and approved wording.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
